I recently had my car serviced for an oil change at the 96th & Corporation Dr. location and the service was great! Autumn was pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable about vehicles and genuinely kind. The technician was efficient, paid great attention to detail and was kind also. Those type of customer experiences I truly do appreciate, it was great enough for me to spend the time to write this review, which I don’t usually do. I hope the best for the future for all at this store. I will get serviced there again for my next oil change. Thank you ~ Sedric

I was on my way out of town and needed an oil change. I pulled up without an appointment and was told I had one person they were working on and they would get me in next. Extremely friendly and I was on the road within 20 mins. Great experience!

Very courteous and good service! My oil change was done fast and gave a report of things that needed to be replaced for maintenance. I have been back for other things and they have continued to be very helpful with the same good service. Will be back in the future!

I stopped by on Thursday around noon. The shop was not very busy but I still did not expect such fast service. I was done within 10 min. The customer service of the employees was also excellent. Thank you!

I will be coming here for regular oil changes for now on. There was no wait and the Techs are quick and efficent. They topped off all the fluids, checked my tires and the air filter. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I don't remember her name but the woman tech who got me checked in was really nice and knowledgeable.

Going to Jiffy Lube was easy and quick. I had a coupon which they honored and saved me money! That meant a lot to me since I am a senior citizen and saving is so important. The guy there were so happy and friendly. They were positive. The head person kept checking with me about different things which was good. The guys checked all the things in the engine. They put are in my tire that was low. After I paid my bill I was given another Jiffy Lube coupon to give to anyone to get a FREE oil change and all they have to do is pay the tax on it. It is good for one week! What a great advertising idea! I gave it to our friend, Chris who lives with us. He’s a good man and helps us out. He’ll go Thursday, his day off from work! As I pulled out of the Jiffy Lube, all the workers were there saying goodbye and waving! What an excellent experience! Loved it!🥰

Been there several times. Service is always quick and complete. Tires, fluids , filters checked. Price is reasonable. Lounge and coffee are very welcome. This is my oil change location. Thanks.
