I had a replace my battery because when I bought it a yr ago at jiffy lube while at dealership getting work done it went out and jiffy lube said it was still under warranty and drove over to dealership and provided a new battery!!!!

Everything went well only reason not 5 stars was they didn't reset my oil thing on my dash.

I drove from Bloomington after hearing great reviews to bring in my vehicle for an oil change. They did an excellent job, the service was fantastic, and it took them little to no time. I would highly recommend to check them out, and I will definitely go back.

Service was great. The location was clean. There's even a coffee maker. I was in and out in less than an hour. They even vacuumed the inside of the car.

I always come to Jiffy Live especially this location on East Washington street because the customer service is top tier, they are quick and they always do a great job. This location is very consistent. I really appreciate that I can stay in my car during the oil change. This is the only place I’ll go!

I was able to get in right away and the process couldn't have gone better! The service advisor was informative and kind, and didn't try to push the expensive add ons or press me. A pleasant experience xperience all in all,and I would definitely recommend this place.

My experience was excellent Amazing customer service. I Took my Jeep for a transmission leaking. Ron, the manager took me without an appointment and he did found out there were not gasket installed. He ordered one and even cleaned the silicone that was used from the prior shop I took my jeep. Ron and his employees were amazing, they really take the time to check and communicate with me. I’ll recommend 💯. Ron checked with me the next day to see if it’s still leaking. I’ve never had an experience like this before. There’s still good out there and Ron is one of them!

My family loves Jiffy Lube and we use regularly for all the many cars that are driven by the family. The shop we use is friendly, helpful, and able to quickly get us in and out.

The store on E. Washington is my favorite place to have my vehicle checked! I know everyone there, visa versa and I feel like I'm family when I'm there, they are in my opinion, THE BEST!!
