Super helpful. got my oil change done in nearly 20 minutes while I sat in the car the whole time. discussed everything he saw under the hood and let me know I had a slight oil leak. Very helpful and very professional. I would add the mechanics name, but I have forgotten.

These guys were fast and efficient once I was in the bay. But I sat outside the bay for several minutes before being directed non-verbally to move to the next bay. I wouldn’t have pulled in at all if they were not participating in the Thanksgiving half off sale. But they didn’t came out to talk to me before that. It turns out that did accept the discount code. They were gracious enough to enter it manually. They were not rude, but they weren’t exactly courteous, if that makes sense. Probably just having a bad day. I will come here again and again. But as the owner, I would want to know if the service was not fast and also courteous.

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube on Pendleton Pike for three years. I always come here when I need my oil changed. Recently I stopped by because the oil came on. The gentleman that helped me said that the oil was low and he filled it to standard. Because I’m a regular I was not charged. This location is always fast and efficient. And they always give me coupons. It’s a win-win.

It was ok, I was supposed to have gotten the signature service, where they check the tire pressure, a quick vacuum through the car, clean the windshield, change oil, and filter. They were sloppy looking, and the shop looked unkept. They had their lunch out for guest to see, I didn't receive the well-known and expected services that come with the signature service. I couldn't find my coupon from Groupon, so I was given a discount. I had to ask them to top off my windshield washer fluid cause my light was on. After the guy topped it off, he gave me a speech on how I would have been fine if I didn't top it off since it wasn't that much gone. I explained to him my indicator light is on doing its job to indicate that some was needed, so to tell me that I was fine without it was not a welcomed comment. Then, instead of taking the old sticker off, he placed a handwritten sticker on top of the old one! Just LAZY! Instead of going back to them for my next oil change, I will try another place. I liked the signature service and all the little extras. But, so I won't get a lecture about the indicator and not get charged $20 extra bucks for antifreeze. I'll let them little extras go! Smh!!! Usually, I feel good about getting my oil change done, this time I felt I was taken advantage of, belittled, and could have went to the hood and get the same service with my experience with this one. Also, do the math in-between the 2 stickers, the math ain't mathing.

The guys were soo great !! It was 2 black guys and 1 short white guy . I called said I need a oil change the white guy said come on in , I got there and the tall black guy with hair made the price affordable for me so I could get my air fixed too and then the young black guy also vacuumed out my car while I got the oil change !!!! They were GREAT !!!!!
