I recently went to Jiffy Lube off of Shadeland and was well taken care of. They also recommended other services for me. Thanks for your services and good prices. I thought I would not be able to afford what I needed and they helped me out tremendously and all in a timely fashion. They took care of my oil change, wiped my windows down, noticed I had a broken headlight and fixed that as well all on my lunch break. Thanks guys I'll be back for my tune up ! send me some promosssss lbs.. it's Christmas timeeeee lol Happy Holidays to you all!

This is the best Jiffy lube I have been to. They have courteous services which include washing windows, airing tires, and washer fluid. Very pleased.

The man I dealt with was extremely professional. I tried another Jiffy Lube the day before and they never came out to greet me so I left. The Eastgate Jiffy Lube is a gem!

I had an appointment scheduled at a different retailer and was told they couldn’t even start on my car for another hour. Drove over to Jiffy Lube and was out 30 mins later! The crew was courteous, fast & efficient!

This location has a great team - everyone was very kind, professional and efficient. All 3 bays were in use with several cars waiting in each line. The team worked in unison to ensure that service was provided quickly to prevent long wait times. Thank you for a job well done and I'll see you guys early next year!

I always take my car to the Jiffy Lube on Shadeland Ave. I have seen many employee changes over the years. I have to say that they have all been very helpful and efficient. I don't know who does the training, but someone is doing a great job.
