Stopped for an oil change on my work truck through Enterprise Fleet. They did necessary paperwork and got it approved, oil changed, fluids topped off, and out the door in ~15 mins. Staff was also friendly and pleasant to interact with

This Jiffy lube was great. The staff made me feel welcomed and important. They were also very friendly and talkative. It's hard to find that combination of service and friendlyness and fast service all in one! And the price wasn't bad either. Not only did the change my oil...they also checked my tires, and topped of all my vehicle fluids. I really recommend this particular Jiffy lube. Thanks for your services guys..

I am very pleased with this jiffy lube. Everyone is very helpful and polite. They make sure they explain everything they are doing on my car. They answer any questions I may have to my satisfaction. I would not take my car anywhere else.

Great place to get oil changed but even after leaving nice review they bug you over and over to leave a review. Get this figured out. Dis-service to the hard working people at your store when corporate annoying the customers....there's your review Steve.

I went in for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised to find no wait time. I was also pleasantly surprised by the diversity of the employees at this location as well as other Jiffy Lubes I have visited in the area. My car was serviced by several employees at once, checking air filters, break lights, turn signals, tire pressure and even cleaning the windshield while my oil was changed. Top notch service at a decent price.

As always, friendly service without making me wait and without acting shady in any way. Smart move to have them top up your levels and run a diagnostic to give you a code for information. No surprises or lack of support when you visit this Jiffy Lube.

Hello my name is Keith Donna's husband. We have went to Jiffy Lube a lot for an oil change but we also check in every couple of days to make sure that our fluids are topped off, tire pressure is taken care of, and all of our lights are working properly. Jiffy Lube has not let us down and their staff has been friendly each time we have attended the Jiffy Lube in Beech Grove on South Emerson near Thompson Road. They provide good quality and I highly recommend them for their great service.
