I don't normally review things but figured this was worth sharing. Buyer beware. Had to immediately take my car to the mechanic following an oil change after my check engine light and throttle body light came on and my car was stuttering within a block of leaving the store. When we tried bringing it back, we had staff avoid looking at us and sending other cars away for the day, saw them on the phone with a manager, than they approached us and Immediate denial that anything they did could have caused it, staff was extremely defensive and rude about it as well and did everything in their power to get us to leave as quickly as possible. Took it to a mechanic. Turned out the air filter wasn't replaced correctly and we had a air change sensor that needed replaced. Not sure if the sensor was related to the service we had but it is possible it was related to the filter. I got lucky that I didn't have to replace my throttle body or anything that caused serious damage to the engine. We have had excellent experiences at other branches, and we're literally just in for a simple oil change and turn signal replacement (which they were not able to do). I literally do not normally write reviews normally and if the staff had not been so shady/rude about the whole situation I probably wouldn't write but yeah. Basically my car spent the weekend in the shop and cost me a whole lot of stress and time (and money) for something that should have been a simple oil change. Giving 2 stars because the oil did get changed at least.

The service was efficient and good. Taking off one star because their waiting room is also their checkout room which is very very small. I was asked all of my personal information including name, DOB and address and what car I drive. It made me uncomfortable that the whole room can clearly hear all those.

Their quick and good and will work with you just got to keep up on putting sticker in car to keep up on oil change and make sure they do everything that Canton oil change other that they are a good place

They always get my oil changed swiftly and efficiently, and they're open on Sunday unlike most Jiffy Lubes in the area. I appreciate the discount coupon I got recently. Definitely come to Jiffy Lube if you need your oil changed!

Everyone was very kind, as usual it was a quick in and out service which I love. This location is my go-to spot. Only thing I didn't like, and it's no fault of the employees as they just work there and don't set the price, is they asked if I wanted my air filter changed for $44 or something around that price. At first I declined but they applied a good coupon for my oil change so then I opted to have it done since I was saving money on the oil change. I'm so glad they actually didn't have it in stock because I checked AutoZone and it was half the price of what they quoted. I understand having to up the price to make money but to pay double for more or less a convenience is crazy to me. If it were $30 I wouldn't have batted an eye, to save money, have the convenience of not having to do it myself, and Jiffy Lube to still make profit off of buying filters in bulk and raising the price a bit seems like a better deal. But again that's not enough to subtract a star especially since it's at no fault of the employees.
