I just started going to Jiffy Lube now that my lease is up and I decided to buy my car from the dealership. And if you've ever dealt with a dealerships time frame on maintenance you'll eventually decide a quicker oil change and filter change has value to you. Dealerships won't vacuum my floors for me either. So I don't mind paying a few extra bucks.

I needed to get a headlight replaced and the one that was needed was at another location. The technician kept me updated and once it arrived it was changed right away. Great experience! I will definitely go back!

I gave 4 Stars only because Jiffy Lube took away the 100% Free Signature Oil Change for Veterans, this year, and instead gave 50% off coupon. Other than that, all the employees here are suberb! Knowledgable, friendly team! Love you peeps!

Can't say I've ever had a bad experience at Jiffy Lube. I always go to the Hanna & East St location, they're always super friendly and get me in and out quickly, which I really appreciate with my hectic schedule. A+ from me!

Everyone was wonderful. The reason I didn't give 5 Stars was I was told I could have an oil change and tire rotation. However, after the car was checked-in I was told the lift wouldn't fit under my car. I was sorry I didn't know this prior. And yet, everyone was wonderful and I appreciate what they were able to do.
