I have been going to the Jiffy Lube at Fall Creek/79th street for years. I love how the same employees have been there for years. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. I highly recommend this location!

I’ll tell you one thing. It is more expensive than doing it myself. But it is well worth it. I took my car in for an oil change along with some other fluid changes. For $250 I was out of there in 20 minutes. Much better than the 3-4 hours it would have taken me in my garage!

The waiting area is very clean and everyone that works there is very kind. They work quickly to get you in and out. They make the chore of getting my oil changed as pleasant as possible.

This store is absolutely the BEST. Doug, Lynn, and the entire staff do everything to make it an easy, efficient and comfortable process. I never feel pressured to spend more than needed and I know any suggestions they make are legitimate. They also don't mind when I use coupons which I really appreciate! Getting an oil change was something I used to dread but going to the Fall Creek Road store has made all the difference for me. I am grateful to have found this location and won't go anywhere else.

It was a half hour before closing time and jiffy lube jumped in got me done with 15 minutes to spare. I can count on them on getting things done on time. I take all my cars there.

Very nice and pleasant experience. They were very helpful and welcoming. I felt assured that they would take care of my vehicle and not take a vantage of my lack of knowledge of cars. I felt completely comfortable of their decision that was best for vehicle.
