Jiffy Oil Lube at the 8100 block of Allisonville Rd. checked my oil filter, which isn't standard, and good thing. It looked like it had never been changed in ten years.

I just had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The one at the corner Of 82nd and Allisonville… They had all three bays open, so even though there was a line it went really fast. I got to stay in my car, except for when they had me step out so that they could vacuum the interior in my car, which is cool. They checked my filters and Washed the exterior of my windows. All good stuff… But I think the most impressive thing was that there was a crew of hard-working people making sure things got done well, but also with expediency. The other thing I noticed was that this group of people also seem to enjoy their job and working with each other. Just not something you see these days very often.

I’m giving 5 because it was quick as advertised. Which is nice for the busy schedule . However, when did oil changes cost almost $200? I do synthetic oil so I assume a higher price, but damn….

Ran into an issue with my tire leaking from the stem. They were honest and told me to just replace the stem. It was also fast as I was in and out in under an hour. Not a huge deal but one issue was tire was not refilled to correct amount and had to fill tire afterwards.

I normally go to a different oil change company, but I needed a tire rotation, I stopped into this Jiffy Lube that I pass everyday but have never used before. Their customer service was wonderful from start to finish. The price was the same as where I usually go, except with Jiffy Lube I had the tires rotated. A nice bonus service was they vacuumed my car. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I have definitely found my new place for my car maintenance.

Literally the worst service I have ever gotten. The man "helping" me, Ignatius, was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. Got irritated when I asked any questions and wasnt helpful at all. I will NEVER be back!!

I was able to get in and out promptly and quickly. The shop cleanliness was an issue - very dirty air vents. I was disappointed to have grease on my steering wheel after my oil change.

Went in to get an oil change on my Eco-Diesel 1500. Very friendly crew! In and out fast and they gave me a discount I wasnt even expecting! I will definitely be going back!

Battery light came on. Went to Jiffy Lube to see what the issue was. Battery went dead waiting for tow ( they did not have a battery charger, but they had one) they said they could charge the battery and put in the alternator for me. Didn't think Jiffy Lube did that. Vut they did. Car runs perfectly now and the mechanic said I may need to keep on eye on my suspension when they test drove it. Many thanks

I haven’t been to Jiffy Lube in years as my husband has been doing our oil changes. But he was out of town and my car needed an oil change. When dropped off my car to walk to a local business for an appt. When I returned to pick up my car the gentleman that checked me out told me I had low coolant and low brake fluid. I knew I could do my own coolant at home but I asked about brake fluid and he was adamant that I needed to have my brakes serviced and I should not fill the brake fluid myself. So I paid for the oil change and immediately texted my husband for advice. He, who works on our cars regularly, advised there was no reason I couldn’t add my own brake fluid. So I stopped at an Auto Zone on the way home and purchased the correct fluid as well as anti freeze. When I got home I proceeded to fill both. I was down about 1 cup of anti freeze but it was the brake fluid issue that was alarming. It was at the max line. I was not low on brake fluid at all. I’m not sure if the tech who did my oil change was new or they were trying to sell me a brake service I didn’t need. But I in no way needed to buy that brake fluid and did not need to have my brake serviced. I will not go back there as I will never trust the information given to me.

I needed a tire rotation, my usual oil change place doesn’t offer that service. Jiffy Lube was able to accommodate. My main motivation for choosing Jiffy Lube were coupons that I had clipped from the paper. They wound up saving me $100 from the total bill. Oil Change, Oil Filter, wiper blades all the way around and a tire rotation. I was in and out in less than 30 min. The cashier was friendly and efficient. The prices are reasonable, just don’t expect bells and whistles.

Jiffy Lube at Allisonville is a great place to get one’s oil changed. The service was fast and the staff were very friendly. Customer service person took the time to address all of my concerns. I’m a loyal customer.

When I went in for an oil change, they were very, very busy. I didn’t mind waiting.. The lady that seemed to be running the shop was very polite and was trying her best to get everything moving The only thing negative I have to say is When the gentleman at the register asked me if I’m driving in the city or out of the city, I wasn’t really sure how to answer immediately and he was irritated about that other than that services were good
