The team is efficient, caring, and made sure the oil job was done right- they even doubled checked the oil cap was on properly because another store had rushed a job which caused a re-do! Thanks!

Very professional, friendly, and courteous.Excellent service! Didn't take them long to complete the service! Told me what the total price of the service ahead of starting it! They told me it wasn't quite time for my oil change, but I did need some oil. I appreciated that as some other companies would have gone ahead and done the oil change, and not mentioned anything!

Great crew here! Great, fast service. They answered all my questioned, explained everything they needed to do & the cost BEFORE doing it and even went the extra mile to help me find the right headlights for my truck. I will always return here for my oil & lube services.

The staff were fantastic, professional and extremely helpful. Even the owner spoke with me, informed me what was and was NOT needed. I left spending way less than expected and all my needs were met. They exceeded my expectation, will definitely go again.

Everyone who work there was very delightful was very respectful And also, they were very Curtis. The wait time was not long at all. They took their time. They asked valuable questions about your vehicle what you want them to do or not and everyone was working on the bay so for that being said, I will always come back.

Great customer service. I hadn't used this location before but my regular location was not open so I stopped here (N. Michigan Rd). Guys were fast, friendly and professional. They took the time to inspect my vehicle to ensure all of my lights were properly functioning. Ive been using Jiffy Lube for years and was surprised by the request upon pulling into the service bay since it had never been asked of me before to show them all of my working lights. I recently obtained my vehicle and due to a hectic schedule hadn't noticed my reverse lights were not working. Thankful I stopped in here. Ive taken care of the issue now and luckily narrowly missing what could have been an accident had I not been informed. Thanks Jiffy Lube! My kids, wallet, insurance rates and I are very grateful for your professionalism.

I usually do not write reviews. Good Customer Service should be expected when you pay for services rendered. So I will just say that I trust that Jiffy Lube is changing my oil correctly, otherwise I would be doing it myself. I have continued to go back for years mainly at the Michigan Road on 86th Street Indianapolis location. Thanks for your Service. I go for the convenience not to review your work. Everyone experience is different and I choose not to influence anyone else on oil changes.

As a woman, it is essential to feel confident that I am not being taken advantage of, misled, or charged for unnecessary services. Based on this positive experience, I intend to return with my other vehicle, as Jiffy Lube has now become my preferred choice for oil changes and related services.

Walmart had a 1.5 hr wait so I called these guys for an oil change and they got me right in. They already had cars up in the air and still managed to pull me in with no wait time.

Staff was helpful, the oil change and routine checks were quick, they even diagnosed my check engine light. They also had coupons on their website to save money
