For the last couple of years my dealership has been changing the oil and I always dread going up there and waiting in the waiting room for however long it takes. I was lucky enough to get to this Jiffy Lube with no other customers ahead of me and they had me in and out in under 10 minutes. I didn't even have to get out of the car. They explained everything in detail and were efficient and polite. I won't be going back to the dealership for oil changes anymore. I'll be sticking with this Jiffy Lube.

I had a great experience here and wasn’t expecting it to be so fast/easy. I typically to to the dealership for all my oil changes but I was running out of time before the holidays so stopped in here. Tina and the team were wonderful at getting all of my issues squared away very quickly, while ai sat in the car. I was able to get my headlights replaced, oil changed, wipers changed and all filters replaced in about 30 minutes on a Saturday with no wait. Would definitely recommend. The team was friendly and new their stuff :)

My experience at the Broad Ripple Jiffy Lube was fantastic. One of the key elements is the team's integrity. The price discussed at first meeting was the same as the invoice. I could hear technician's conversation. This was a window to how detail oriented the service that I received was. The whole process took very little of my time. This Jiffy Lube location stands in the top tier of their stores; and, it will be my go-to place for oil changes for all the family vehicles.

The Jiffy Lube in Broad Ripple is great.. Always fast, always efficient, always friendly. I've never had to wait in a long line to get in. I like the "sit in car" service, I just relax and get the job done.

Wow, this is not the normal location I go to but there must be different management. First off the people who assisted me were rude upon arrival. Then without asking first they put a different oil in the car then asked for. When I asked why they didn’t ask me first I was lectured and not apologized to. They didn’t understand that no, I didn’t want synthetic oil products and they didn’t ask first. They also didn’t fill the wiper fluid or check the tires. It was probably the worst Jiffy experience and I would not recommend this location again.
