Getting my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube on W. 38th street in Indianapolis was nice! I don’t recall ever paying $100+ for an oil change, yet the staff was very friendly, fast and polite!..

I was very uneasy about driving the car in over the big hole and one of the nice gentleman said he'll drive it in for me I thought that was the sweetest thing that's why I said excellent.

The gentlemen working at this Jiffy Lube, on that Saturday morning, were great, from start to finish. Each employee I interacted with was professional & courteous. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. I'll be sticking with Jiffy Lube for my oil changes! Well, like I said about my first visit, my second time was just as impressive! Oil change, & replace a burned-out headlight, went smoothly & professionally. Thanks guys! This visit was only for a headlight replacement, however, the Supervisor working ensured everything was done right, and correct. The headlights of my van are a little hard to access. The guys still handled the job quickly! Thanks again guys!

They always take good care of my vehicle. They explain everything and show me pricing. They air up my tires, wash the windows, vacuum my floors. I appreciate all the guys that take care of my truck!

Traveling out of town by myself when I realize I desperately needed an oil change! The anxiety of going to an unfamiliar place in an unfamiliar city was a lot. These men were friendly and efficient! They made me feel at ease. They performed quality work and speedy service! They made a stressful situation a pleasant experience! Keep up the great work guys!
