My visit was very pleasant, the staff opened the door the moment I pulled up in front it. Given the option to either sit in the car while the oil change happened or in the waiting area. All 3 oil types were offered with their respective benefits. They even vacuumed the carpet, In all phenomenal visit.

As soon as I pulled up, I was immediately approached and helped with my oil change. They gave me information about my windshield even though they didn't have to and got me out of there in no time. Didn't even know they were done. I would recommend 👌🏾

I needed an oil change before a quick trip. They got me right in - also able to take care of some filters while there. They vacuumed my car too!!! I was done in under 20 minutes!

I do not recommend it. They left the filter loose and my vehicle started to sound really bad. I had to buy oil again. I took it to them again to have it fixed and twice it always ended up leaking oil. I complained because it is not fair that I had to pay 140 dollars to end up fixing it myself. I had to spend more money on oil and a chemical to be able to get the stain out of my driveway but it didn't come out anyway. So my driveway looks ugly because of them. They told me that they were supposedly going to give me my money back and that happened 2 weeks ago and they never gave me anything back. To prevent this from happening to you, I recommend that you look for another place where they are more professional.

I have been going to the same Jiffy Lube for over 20yrs. I refuse to go anywhere else because the care I receive every time I go is amazing. Every single worker is very professional, welcoming and always has a smile on their face. They are excellent at what they do! They’re very easy to talk to and very pleasant to be around. I don’t have any complaints and nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about, Glenn, Ladonne, and Eugene! They definitely deserve the Recognition and appreciation for what they do for this company! Knowledgeable and attentive staff. They took great care of my car and I didn’t wait too long. They didn’t have the hookup to recharge my A/C; that wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but be aware if you are looking to get that done.

The associates at the Jiffy Lube on 56th & German Church are AWESOME!!! They are ALWAYS very helpful, friendly and professional every time I go. I have not encountered a bad experience yet every since I've been going over the past couple of years.
