I went to jiffy lube 11/27/24. The blond hair girl working there drove my truck into center stall. I was sitting in lobby ,and could see my truck. I watched her open my door ,and did not hold it, with a fort truck the doors open wide, as soon as the door opened I seen her look at the door, then at me to see if I seen her. I waited to see my truck when they brought it out, I thought there would be a dent on side of the door ,but didn’t see one, so I got in and went to my next stop. When I was getting back to truck I could see side ( edge) of door , and was missing paint. Nothing huge, but I am very picky ( protective) of my truck. I believe the employ should have told me. We have several vehicles, and have always used jiffy lube, but will not use them any more

Great, fast, and thorough. They were honest when changing my rear tail light out that they could not and wished they could have helped but couldn’t due to the design. I love going to this jiffy lube. I always feel awkward sitting and watching them work but the people there were awesome to talk to. Thanks for a great experience on Veterans Day.

The oil change was completed quickly and efficiently, but the checkout was laborious and took forever. New owners I guess. The manager had to come in and help and I was not even offered any type of discount except my used coupon returned to me which will expire before I need my next oil change! I was very disappointed concerning customer service.

I was lucky when I arrived, there was no wait. I drove right in. The two technicians were polite, helpful & knowledgeable. I have used this Jiffy lube several times & will continue to do so.

Fast, friendly and professional. I have been to this location several times and I have never had a problem or a concern. No pushiness to choose a top dollar oil change with all the added extras you might not need or want. They are informational and provide you with the options but you make the decisions. I like how they actually show you the air filter or point out issues with your wipers, etc. so that you can decide if or when you choose to replace the usual car maintenance items. The owner Steve went above and beyond and providing me with additional information regarding some issues with my vehicle that Jiffy Lube does not provide as a service simply because he had the knowledge and knew it would be helpful to me. Great customer service and great job, team!!

I travel for work and I’m always hesitant to go places for routine car maintenance. Came on Sunday for an oil change. Opted to stay in my car. The crew went above and beyond my expectations and you could tell they really cared about each and every car and customer. I’ll probably go back here for my next oil change

I was at Crew Carwash across the street when my car wouldn’t start. I walked over to Jiffy Lube hoping they could help diagnose the issue. Aaron and Mia came in and SAVED THE DAY. They diagnosed my dead battery, gave me a jump and offered to replace my battery same day (even if I bought the battery somewhere else). They are amazing! Thank you!!!

Quick to greet me, opened doors for me, checked what service I wanted done, they did not push me to get a new air filter, in fact they said mine looked good. All the staff was extremely friendly and polite.
