Management needs to be changed bc they're training the techs to overcharge. I pulled up in the MB, and I already knew what time it was. "Oh yeah this is a European " REALLY? "Your oil is going to be Euro" ok so it's more expensive? He quoted $130 just for filter. I headed to Mavis, got quoted EOM price of $40 for filter. I feel confident they won't leave my oil out or make your car worse than it was b4 they touched it. I remember my oil pan on my Jag was dragging the ground after leaving them last time. Go elsewhere until they get it together. I know it's nice to sit in your car and get an oil change, but you're going to pay in the end!

Another great experience here at the Dunn Avenue service station. All associates were very helpful. Once again Service Master aka Mr. Tyrone or Mr T. Was very prompt and provided me quick Service with a smile. I'll be back soon for my 2nd oil change. Thanks for the outstanding service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fast, friendly, and efficient! The team at Jiffy Lube made my oil change a breeze. The shop is well-kept, and you can tell they take pride in their work. I appreciate how they check other fluids and tire pressure as part of the service. Will definitely return!

Gregory and his team were awesome! Im always so nervous to get my oil changed , being a female I feel like alot of time people will try to upsale car parts that you don't actually need. These guys changed my oil and filled my tires and that's it. It was super simple and I appreciate that. I was only there maybe 10 minutes. Super speedy I highly recommend going to jiffy lube!

The Store smells like burnt Molly blunts and the old man was high and forgot to put the oil plug back on my car. The engine blew. And they are not trying to replace the engine. The engine cost $10,000 and I still owe $27,000 on this car and I can’t drive it.
