Way too overpriced! Charged $90 for an oil change for a Nissan Altima. I'm not even sure they replaced my old oil with new oil. And it took way too long. Go down the street to ANY other Lube Shop and get the work done for half that amount.

My experience in my visit for an oil change in my truck in this jiffy lube. When I arrive all the bays were empty, so it was a quick drive up to the bay for me. Dakota was very nice and professional. He was straight up with the pricing before the service and let me know the estimate. The oil change took approximately 50 min. Normally I do the oil changes myself or take it to a local shop near my house but I have been very busy lately and this shop was conveniently located and had good reviews. There were 3 employees and they seemed nice. The only complaint I had was that they couldn't get the old oil filter out so I had only the oil change but not the filter, "it seems that this was the doing of the last place I took the truck to". They did also recommend/show me the the fluids yest taht they performed and gave me recommendations for flush/changes. Lobby was okay, floor was dirty but this is a shop so no issue there, and the AC felt good. The only issue experienced was the oil filter thing, not their fault but they couldn't remove it. Since they couldn't replace the oil filter I requested the discount for the part which the manager stated that they couldn't do it would still be the same price, so I requested the new oil filter which they did give me. They obviously didn't know about the oil filter until they had drained the fluid so they still were going to charge me for the job even though the oil filter couldn't be done. Not a deal breaker but next time I will take the truck to my regular shop or just doing myself, for the price you pay it should have been completely done. This is the reason for the 3 stars

This place is absolutely pathetic. I spoke to the lady when I got there, presented a coupon that they wouldn't take but they said they can do 15 dollars off. Fine, whatever. Anyways, I waited for about 20 minutes patiently on them only for them to let somebody go ahead of me for what reason I have no idea. I yelled excuse me and they just looked at me and ignored me. I have no idea what that's about I wasn't rude to them or anything, I don't know if it was racial profiling or what. I was too angry to stay and wait and talk to anybody I knew I was just going to end up getting ticked off, so I left. I went down the road to take five and I was in and out of there and less than 10 minutes. Jiffy lube could seriously take some lessons from them. I will never be back to any other jiffy lube location I knew they had a bad reputation but I wanted to give this place a chance cuz they had good reviews.

I don’t have much knowledge about vehicle maintenance so I usually take my car to the dealership for oil changes and routine service. My husband recommended this Jiffy Lube location so I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Randy and his crew were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Randy even took the time to educate me about the vehicle so I can take better care of it moving forward. So clutch! I’ll definitely be back. ✌🏻

I stopped at several "all car services" places including the Toyota dealer to have my suv's oil changed and could not get it done. They were too busy. I stopped at Jeffy Lube and I did not have to wait. They got me in and out in no time. They specialize in doing that and they are very efficiente.

Please read- beware of scams. Wish I could give 0 stars. Went in for an oil change and they ended up telling me my power steering fluid was dangerously low and they were worried about me driving my car home. They recommended a power steering fluid flush that would’ve costed me an additional $200. When I declined their offer, they questioned me and told me to drive very carefully. I got my car checked out by my personal mechanic and my power steering fluid was FULL! The salesman at this Jiffy Lube lied to me and made up a problem with my car just to try and have me pay for a completely unnecessary service. I will never go here again and I recommend that if you do, decline any additional service and take your car to a real mechanic.

Quit coming to this Jiffy Lube a few years ago and now I remember why decided to give them another chance this morning and pulled up there just now and watched four grown men stand around and talk about a air filter while I sat out in my car for about 10 minutes not a wave a hello or nothing They saw me back out turn around and drive off without a single Care. I urge everyone to take their business elsewhere to the owner. I can only assume this isn’t what you had in mind for your business to thrive.
