If I could give no stars I would. Pulled my car up to garage and sat for 50 minutes. After my initial contact with employee there was no more communication. Car in the garage had no one working on it and 3 techs standing around doing nothing most of the time!! SKIP this location at all costs!!

Easiest and fastest oil change ever. Evie made this experience exceptional… made sure I used my coupons to save money, so sweet and welcoming. Second review.. same location on Baymeadows… Evie is the draw here, she’s just a delight.

Eve is the best I wouldn’t have came here if it wasn’t for her such a hard worker! DO NOT COME HERE Andrew didn’t listen to at all they were supposed to do a computer reset on my car left with my engine light on my odometer meter blinking no idea what they were doing. I told him three times that I needed a computer reset but they didn’t want to listen to me. Had to call five different people figure it out been here for over an hour just to put a battery that was already purchased from different place and do not come here. I’ve heard other customers complain me just sitting in my car for an hour. They don’t know what they are doing

I went up there yesterday to get my power steering looked at, thinking I needed fluid changed, turns out they said I needed a new pump. While doing all that, the mechanic left and never came back to work on my car. The nice guy Andrew gave me a quote and told me to bring it back so they can work on it again. I came back today. Got there at 11:30. Hours later was told it was a different problem and it would be cheaper. Totally fine. 4:00 comes around and apparently the master mechanic left AGAIN and told no one. I wasted all of my time at this shop. They couldn’t give me my car since it was being worked on. I had to walk home and miss work. I need you guys to understand that is complete bullshit and I do not want to do any business unless it’s for free at this point. Andrew said he would knock off as much as he could from the total price and I appreciate that but why do you guys hire shit people to represent your company?

I came in a few weeks ago to get work on my car. There was an African American man with black glasses who sprayed the lobby with perfume gotten from Evie due to the overwhelming smell of weed. If they weren’t already working on my vehicle I would’ve left immediately. DO NOT GO HERE THEY COULD DAMAGE YOUR CAR TOO!

I paid $135.00 for an oil change (full synthetic oil) and a full service! The air pressure was still low in my tires, they claimed they could not check the tranny fluid because my vehicle does not have a tranny dipstick (which is in plain sight) and I wanted a tranny service but there was no tech there to do it! I will not use Jiffy Lube again!
