Avoid the Janesville Jiffy Lube. Go in for an oil change. They hand me a tablet to enter name, home address, phone number, and email address. I’m from out of town and simply wanted a no-nonsense oil change. Despite discussing my reluctance to provide my information, I enter everything except an email address. The young lady said an email address was needed because of the “contract.” I asked what contract, as none was presented. She said that if something happened, they needed a way to contact me. I provided my home address and phone number. What more do you need? That said, I felt what I provided was enough, but if there was still any questions, ask your manager to talk to me. The manager did not speak with me first; instead, he drove my vehicle out of the bay. At that point he said that I refused to give them an email address so he refused to service my vehicle. In what world do you need 3 ways to contact a customer? The email address is most likely going to be used for marketing purposes. Other places do not go to this extent. Poor management, bad business practices.

I have been going to jiffy Lube since my father has passed on. Jiffy Lube does a great job and very quick at what they do. I will keep going to them and telling people that I know to go to them.

I tried this Jiffy Lube for the first time. And despite the computer payment system being down, the staff was still super friendly and professional. What I didn’t tell the staff was a place down the road refused to change my oil because they couldn’t get the skip pan off (I think that’s what it’s called). This Jiffy Lube didn’t even bat an eye at it and it wasn’t an issue. I definitely will be back.

There was only one poor young guy working with several cars backed up. However, he was still polite and easygoing, worked efficiently, and did a great job! This is the second review from me for a different visit and I chose to do it because of the excellent service I received again! They were very busy and it was nearing the end of the work day. However, the guy that was helping us never acted put out and worked quickly and diligently, but still had time to be polite and even held the doors for us. Outstanding service!!

The men working on our car always are on top of things, thorough yet don't take a long time, and are very polite while we're there. We'd highly recommend them for many reasons. I'm adding to this past review...if it's at all possible, these guys are better than ever!

I was impressed with how efficient, honest and respecting of my time they were at the Janesville location. I will definitely return. I've had not so pleasant experiences at other places in town so this was quite refreshing.

Again took my car for an oil change. Told them OIL CHANGE only. Worker came and showed me, asked me if I wanted my air filter changed. Ummm. No, I said oli change only. She went and told them The finish the oil change I leave. Saw napkins on the passenger floor really paid no attention to it until A couple days later I go to vaccum my car I find a plug. Humm Wondering where it came from also my glasses on the floor that were in my glove box. Yep, jiffy lube.....I immediately stop what I'm doing and go there. I showed it to a worker and told him I recently had an oil change and found this on my floor. Do you want to make sure you put my air filter back in and put this part back where it belongs....he apologies I of course say nothing cause I'm pissed. Never will I step foot in that place again!

Was the most unprofessional trip.. I thought you guys check air in tires air filter etc? Definitely wasn't checked I watch the workers and they did nothing but change my oil. And when I asked if they checked my air in tires they told me yes but yet I know 100% they did not. Also they never checked my lights. If they did they would of told me about the brake light that I know was out. It was a sad experience. I definitely will not be coming back and will let people know not to go to the janesville store.. plus no workers had uniforms on they was wearing shirts from different job places.. you tell me your out of conventional oil and you have o'reilly delivery some to you. Yet once again no one showed up so what kind of oil did you put in?? Would definitely think about your standards and what you say and do for your customers.. cause what you show on tv and how you go above and beyond for you customers. It definitely a lie... Hope you take this and change somethings.

I have been going to Jiffy Lube in Janesville for years for both personal and business vehicles. They are fast, professional and very forthright with their recommendations on when to replace filters, etc. They are a pleasure to do business with!

We went to Jiffy Lube in Janesville, WI today and arrived around 12:30. We were thrilled that we were immediately greeted by the manager. (I’m so sorry I did not get his name.) He directed us to go inside and pulled our car into the bay. They already had our information in their computer as we have been there a few times before. We got the same blend synthetic oil we have gotten in the past. He told us to go to their website and get their coupon which was $26 off. We were out of there in less than 30 minutes. I feel we were treated very well and while they showed us our air filters they were not pushy to replace them. Our overall experience was amazing and if I could give more stars I would.

$112 oil change, 4.6 quarts, 45 minute wait. Service was friendly but cost seems rather high. Probably will not return.

Excellent service. They didn't have the exact weight for my vehicle but offered an alternative and explained the differences. And they were kind enough to fill my tires before I left.

I learned on my most recent visit. The techs suck the oil out the top. This is not the best practice. Using the drain plug also allows for crude and crime to drain out. I will not be back along w my wife.
