I called this location because I needed new windshield wipers, an oil change, and to see if they did vehicle inspections. A man answered the phone, and said hello, I replied uhh yeah hello is this jiffy lube? He said yeah. Then I asked if they did vehicle inspections and he responded no and hung up on me. The customer service was pretty horrible, I would not recommend.

Can express how pleased I was with the service at jiffy lube. I had a coolant pipe burst on me while in town from Georgia. I honestly wasn't expecting them to be able to help me out, they had me in and out inside of 2 hours even after having to special order a part. So glad they got me back on the road and more than happy with the service that they were able to provide. Can't speak enough for their professionalism and knowledge!

I stopped by asked if they can do an oil change and was told yes. There was one car in front of me so I thought that's reasonable . Their website says "Jiffy Lube Signature Service Quick Oil Change" Well I was in there 2 hours. The oil I choose suddenly was not compatible with my car (VW)and the woman said" I caught it in time. You can use the oil you choose but you have to sign a waiver." I am no expert in cars. They should have told me from the beginning. The price rose up to over $130!!!. Iam leaving town on a trip so I thought s...t I only have today so I agreed. They started working on the car and the car next to me. The same guy on 2 cars at the same time. Then they told me they don't have the right oil filter for the car because it's european( VW) and they need to go next door and buy one. This took another 20-30 minutes. Communication is all. If they had told me from the beginning I would have never done it there. Clearly there are more VW in KC . Never again will I go there

Brought my car in for brake replacement, and a battery replacement. My bolts were rusted in and the crew was there past closing working hard to make sure the job was done. I'm very happy with the service and the crew was social and professional. Special mentions for Shaun, Brett, Jay and Eric. Great job. You have a repeat customer now.

Just wanted to add on a separate visit to this location that I received top notch service from Jay. This young man went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service. I went in on a Friday afternoon after work expecting them not to be able to fit me in. Not only did they get me in they provided amazing and fast service. The staff is super friendly with great customer service. I was in and out in record time. I highly recommend this location for your oil change.

The day before Thanksgiving, we were driving from Iowa to South Kansas when we experienced some battery trouble. I looked up the closest place to us at the time, which was this Jiffy Lube location and headed straight there. As soon as we pulled in, two gentlemen came out and immediately informed us that their systems were down, and they could not help us at all. They then referred us to a much smaller Jiffy Lube location on Rainbow that was more than willing and jumped right in to help. The gentleman at the smaller Jiffy Lube location, then informed us that they run on the same system and their systems were all fine. The location we had just left, this location on Gilliam Plaza, lied to us simply because they didn’t want to do the work at the time. The manager at the rainbow location called the corporate office and reported them as soon as he heard our story. it was apparently not the first time this is happened. Overall the experience at this location was not at all what we had hoped for. We certainly didn’t expect to be shooed away across town with a bad battery to a smaller shop.

Veronica and Dave were amazing! I came in with a huge oil leak due to a loose oil filter. It was a huge mess. They took care of me right away and even saved me some money for a top off instead of a full oil change, due to the fact it was just changed the day before and I only needed a few quarts. That shows integrity and sincere care for their customers. I’m truly grateful to have rolled into their shop. Thank you guys so much!

I went in to ask about my tires, and was treated kindly. Last time I went in was several years ago, when I got a weird, almost haunted (in a bad way) feeling from the place. Never went back until today. Now, nice people work there and the place seems safe and cheery.

Easily the worst customer experience I've ever had. I took my car to get an oil change and noticed the next day that 100% of the oil had drained out onto my driveway. I took it back to Jiffy Lube for inspection, and asked them to check the status of the drain plug. I knew that it had to be damaged for the oil to drain like that. They did not acknowledge that they had damaged the drain plug even though my engine was not leaking oil before visiting them for the service. They said these plugs "wear out". Most things will "wear out" if you apply 20x the torque they can withstand I guess. I asked for a refund because this took several hours out of my work day to revisit their location, and my car had been completely without oil for many miles to get there. They refused to do anything until I drove to a VW dealership to replace the drain plug. The VW dealership I went to confirmed that Jiffy Lube overtorqued the drain plug and broke it. There was no seal at all. I returned to Jiffy Lube with photos and documented notes from the dealership to confirm the damage. They again refused to refund me and said I needed to create a case with their corporate customer service outfit. A month and half and 5 emails later, I am still unable to resolve this with their customer service and have received no reply from this Jiffy Lube location. DO NOT do business with this Jiffy Lube unless you want someone to break your car and gaslight you about the damage.

Editing 2 weeks after my review: Im still waiting to see what’s gonna be done with my car. Im pretty much on my own without my car running because they blew my engine, just save yourself some trouble and never step on this location. They’re gonna lie to you and keep telling you they’re waiting on corporate after they told you a couple lies because they have no idea what they’re doing. If I could give -1 star I would. Got an Oil change 2 days ago on the 07/26 I thought It would be a normal oil change. Drove back home and didn’t drive my car until today 07/28 on my way to work my car completely shut down, I can’t turn it back on and left on the side of the highway, never had that happened until I got my oil change at Jiffy Lube. Got a town truck to get my car back to my apartment when I get back to where my car was parked I found a huge puddle of oil and my oil filter on the floor meaning that someone that worked on my car at Jiffy lube didn’t put the filter back in place properly. Now I cant make to work because some guys can’t put an oil filter back in place, on the picture you can see the puddle and the oil filter, my car was on top of that and that’s why I didn’t notice before driving it Update: Called Customer Service today as soon as it was opened, I was told my case has been started and I should hear from them in 3 days. 3 more days with no car since my engine is locked because of a poor Oil change.

Just got a oil change left my antifreeze untighten now it’s leaking and smoking I have a hemi engine and my car could of litteraly blew my engine not happy at all will be talking to a manager already spoke to the assistant she was great but this is unacceptable and I’m not happy about my experience at jiffy lube. They took care of everything and fixed all my problems appreciate the district manager and the Gm at the rainbow Blvd location I appreciate the fast responses and the work done to ensure I left safely and satisfied definitely will go back
