Awesome experience this time around. The guys, including David, all made sure that my vehicle was top notch before leaving the garage. They even checked my air filter inside the car, which no one ever asked about before! Great job guys!

I had a great experience with this jiffy lube . Had the car sputtering and check engine light on thanksgiving day. Called a bunch of local mechanic shops on Black Friday and none of them were open so I figured I’d check with jiffy lube for an oil change and possible diagnosis. One hour later Kyle diagnosed and fixed the issue (spark plugs) and I was on my way. Great customer service here. Friendly staff!

Great people! Alex was extremely helpful and made the process easy to understand. Kyle worked on my car and it's driving great! Kudos to both.They tuned up my Chevy in no time and we're extremely friendly and polite. Jiffy is lucky to have such great employees.

Took my car to the shop to get a tune up spark plugs changed. Drove in and my car was fine left and drove 8 miles and my car broke down and broke down so much that had to be towed to a different shop to get it looked at. I got sparks plugs changed they said I was good to go no problem then drove 8 miles and I could not accelerate, my breaks stopped working, and my PSI now for one of them was at a 0 but not like that before I came in to get my spark plugs changed. Second shop said I had a massive oil blowout of the cap well first shop told me they added a quart of oil bc I was a little low and then a massive oil blowout when I just had my oil changed by a company a month ago and no leaks and was fully fine. Trying to talk to district manager but getting the run around I got proof of the mileage driven from shop till my car broke down was not my fault they messed up my car. Trying to talk to someone higher up before seeking any other type of Council but still haven’t heard back and other shop only said oh it looks like they did everything correct! WRONG they messed something up I was able to accelerate, no white smoke, breaks worked, no oil leak then drove 8 miles after they worked on my car and breaks don’t work, couldn’t accelerate at all, massive oil blowout had a mechanic at another shop fully look at it and said there no way this was car issue when it was fine before and you can see where they messed up. I need someone from corp or higher up to call me before I get any other Council my car is broken down has to have it towed to 3 different spots, no car for work.

Was getting an oil change and a fuel line broke. They went through heck fixing it and ended up buying a whole new one. They didn't charge me for it and gave me 100$ off the service for the extra wait time.

On 8/5/24. Stopped in heading home from a work trip. My 23” F-350 needed an oil change. Drove up to the bay was immediately met with a thin guy with black hair, yelling at the employees with foul language. I was shocked by how I wasn’t greeted by anyone and could hear the foul language from the parking lot. I didn’t feel welcomed at all so I drove away and gave my money to valvoline.

Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location. Terrell and Josh pointed out a couple of issues with my vehicle. They do not have the equipment to fix it but make a couple of recommendations. These two went above and beyond. Thanks again.
