This jiffy lube needs far more advertising either off the highway or the side of the road on Berry. Outstanding workers it's really fun to see people that like to work and do their job and I believe that I'll be a lifetime customer

Pulled up and they had 2 cars in, and 1 bay open. I sat there for 5 minutes with no one greeting me, wasn't even sure if I was in the right lane as no one directed me. I decided to leave and go across the highway to valvoline. Instantly pointed to which bay and immediately serviced with a smile. They also had 2 cars in and 1 Bay open. Will be going to valvoline going forward. Update: immediately after my review jiffy lube contacted me with an apology and a 50% off coupon. Increased to 3 stars.

I’m very satisfied with the quality of service! Everyone who works here is so nice and friendly! I went for an oil change and was in and out within an hour, unlike other places where you're stuck there all day waiting in line. I will definitely be back!

Went in for a quick oil change and was really impressed with the staff - so impressed it compelled me to write a review. The oil change was quick, as promised. The young men who performed the service were respectful and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. The manager came in and checked to make sure all was taken care of and asked if I needed anything else looked at while I was there, without being pushy. It is important to yes, form your own opinions but also be open to the possibility that there is more to the story than these other negative reviews might suggest. Our society is much too focused on trashing a company when something doesn't go our way. I had an amazing experience from a simple oil change - thank you guys for making my day!

We came in from a recommendation and were very impressed with the quality of service provided. Zae greeted me upon arrival, got me squared away and diagnosed. Myles got the work done and got the area cleaned very nicely after. Overall it was a great, speedy experience. Thank you gentlemen!

I was referred to Jiffy lube from Jiffy lube from gladestone and I went today to get my headlight fixed and I was there at 11:30 am I was told I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my headlight fixed I never go my headlight fixed because I was told by the Manager that the man that was supposed.to fix my headlight his equipment that he uses was broken and it would be 2 weeks before his equipment would be working I rate the store and staff a NEGATIVE 1 for the inconvenience and unprofessional and.the disrespect of leavingme sitting in my car for 30 extra minutes before I was.told.that my headlight would not get fixed that makes that Jiffylube look bad as a company that another Jiffy lube in Gladstone referred me to your HORRIBLE COMPANY I would not recommend no one to go that Jiffy lube

Staff needs work, Manger is good. DM was there and being a jerk. My tires did not get done. I had drips from my old filter. I was in a friend's car, and we were being check up shoppers.
