I had my car serviced by Jiffy Lube on Broadway in Knoxville, TN a couple of days ago. I had to wait over 45 minutes, but, when I pulled into the bay, it didn't get take long at all. The guys who waited on me kept apologizing for the long wait. It wasn't really their fault that the wait was so long. I would recommend Jiffy Lube anytime. They are quick and reliable.

I’ve been getting my oil changed here for years. The staff is always courteous and is never to pushy when offering additional services. Their prices and services are better than the local competitors.

Aye I went here last week and they did my shi right, I got sum kinda expensive and exclude oil for my car and that shi only cost 50$, and they checked all my fluids and shi, coming here forever

Everyone was so polite and professional. The service was fast, there was no pressure to buy products, and I felt completely comfortable while waiting in my car. I had the opposite experience from the place I took it before. I will definitely use Jiffy from now on, they were great!

I've been getting my oil changed at this jiffy lube for many many years. I've never once had a problem. The staff is always respectful and explain everything in detail. I've never felt pressured to purchase anything. I'll never go anywhere else.

The Jiffy Lube staff is always so quick to greet me, check me in, and then actually walk me to the waiting area every-time, and I have been going to the Broadway location for YEARS. They always communicate with me if something needs to be addressed instead of taking it upon themselves to do and costs extra only to find out when I go pay. Highly recommend!
