My service was completed by Eric and Ronald. I came through pretty close to closing and they were able to service my vehicle right away. I only come to this location, extremely friendly and service needs always met! Highly recommend this location. Keep up the great service’s guys!

Nicholas was so helpful. my tires were low so he filled them up. Nick did not stop there. he also cleaned my windows, toped off my fluid, and even added a screw to my left front bumper. he is a great person. thank you so much Nick!

10157 W. Charleston blvd omg awesome! Workmanship awesome communication awesome. I'm glad I took my car to this location on 10/17 I got great info from Nicholas. At first I was skeptical because I've heard stories about jiffy lube on the other side of town BUT this location was awesome Nicholas freaking awesome moneybwell spent knowledge greatly gained. I'll be going there when there is a job I cannot do without a doubt.

I cant say enough great words about my service advisor Nick! Not only did he give me a reasonable estimate he also walked me around my vehicle and showed me what the issue was! I dont care whats wrong with my car I’ll be pulling up to see Nick! Trustworthy,Great customer service and even stayed late to get me back on the road!! Jiffy lube you are lucky to have such a dedicated mechanic! Nick is my mechanic for life!!

My wife and I came to the Charleston Blvd location to have a dragging under carriage plastic guard re pinned as it was dragging, the people here were so nice and enthusiastic, and fixed it for us fast ! We will be back here again for sure. One new customer.

We took our car into this Jiffy Lube today to have our undercarriage splash guard reattached. The service people took care of it in no time, and did not charge us! We will be back for our next oil change for sure and are happy to have found a place we can trust!

Windows not cleaned, car wasn't vacuumed, they didn't reinstall my glove box correctly after I had already told them I didn't want the air filters replaced there. They are super friendly, but if they are not doing the whole job it doesn't count much. I don't need the guy to come in there to try and sell me auto improvement products I could buy at any parts store. Fast service but they didn't perform a lot of what they are paid to do.

Every time I come here I always get amazing service. Lindsay and Keyonah were gems. Both are hard workers and know what they're doing. The manager here also answers every question I have. I'll definitely keep coming here :)

I I've just had the worst oil change experience in my life period just left there Eric and Ryan were working they could not suck the oil out of my car Ryan how to call Eric over for help and it took almost 45 minutes never had this happen anywhere else the top it off Eric looks and acts like he's on some type of drug after I told him not to check any fluids or the air cleaner he still was touching the Caps to my reservoirs and finally when it came time to refill the oil they use a clear plastic jug with a long hose when they brought it out it only had five and a half quarts because he thought he left half a cord in which was fine my engine only holds 6 quarts with an oil change and he's telling me I have to purchase another quart of oil which if he had given me the six quarts that I have paid for on my receipt I would not have needed so now I have to go somewhere else get half of court I will tell everybody never to use this place ever again and will be filing a complaint with corporate and somebody should tell Eric as well that he should not be changing people's computer systems such as percentage of oil life left and stuff without consulting with the customer you should inform them that that's what he can do and see if they would like him to do it it took me 15 minutes to figure out how to fix the damn crap he did and the last thing I want is a guy with greasy oily hands touching my radio and my infocenter I have never been this angry about an automotive place before

On July 15 my brakes were fixed by Nicholas. He was very proficient and everything worked perfectly when he was done. I drive a Honda Accord 2017 and for some weird reason other mechanics have tried fixing the brakes, but they would still squeak afterwards….so frustrating 🙁. I’m very happy with Nicholas and will definitely continue getting my car serviced at Jiffy Lube. Thank you!!🙌🙏😊
