Buyer beware. No customer service. Basically please leave in a nice way. All I wanted was an oil change. And was ignored by 3 employees management came out and said what. In the middle of conversation answers phone and walks away

These guys were great! They were very knowledgeable and took care of us in a very timely manner. They went out of their way to even find us a coupon to reduce the cost. I highly recommend this place.

OMG, What extreme service! Anthony, the team lead was way overly qualified for this service. It was like being treated like I was rich or something. Then they went online and found me a big discount coupon! I've been a loyal fan of jiffy lube ever since I got my first car but the service at this location was especially over the top! If I could give zero stars I would. Went in for an oil change before a trip to LA. Once I arrived in LA, I parked. When I came back out to my truck , there was a puddle of oil under the truck. I checked my oil level and it was very low. I took truck to a mechanic in a LA, he said that I was missing 3 quarts of oil. He did another oil change(new filter, 5 qts of oil), and there is no leak.The back of my truck and the undercarriage are covered in oil. If I had driven any further all of the oil would have leaked out of my engine. This is unacceptable and I WILL NEVER go back to ANY Jiffylube. Please be aware of this if you get your oil changed here! The pictures are of the oil on my tailgate, there shouldn't be oil there

Men working on my truck were fantastic. Polite. And helped me answer a couple questions I had about my truck. I’m not completely inept regarding cars/trucks however I’m definitely not knowledgeable either. My truck actually drove off better than when I drove in for the oil change. They did an oil flush. I never heard of it. But it did change my trucks driving and noise. Thank you guys

It took us a long time with a heat of 109 degrees inside the vehicle obviously because the engine needed to be turned off to change the oil. They couldn't put the oil filter on inexperienced people, 3 people and only the last one could do it. They gave us a quote of $101 with taxes and then they charged more $103.00 did not respect our discount coupon and only said next time. I will never return to them and I hope that my experience helps people take care of themselves if they fall into their traps!
