$106 for a basic oil change is was to Expensive. Jiffy Lobe use to be the budget option. Over priced for what you get. It take way longer that 15 minutes. Not convenient. The Toyota deal is cheaper for an oil. Change. I will not be going back it is way too expensive. You will get price gouge at Jiffy Lube! Everywhere else is cheaper than Jiffy Lube!

Drove around a few days and noticed the cover underneath was being dragged after I came in for an oil change. Came back and was told it was like that before, and couldn't do anything about. This location in particular is not the nicest and oil changed are made fast but inefficent. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

My husband had the oil changed in his truck. So I took my vehicle there for the same thing. After that I noticed oil drops on both areas where we park our vehicles. A few months later my husband's truck needed some work. The mechanic we went to had to charge us for a brand new oil pan, which cost us 800 to get a new oil pan and the labor . Due to the fact the drain plug was crossed, threaded and tightened way too tight. The only people since we got the truck that touched it were jiffy lube for oil change. Fast forward to today, I had my vehicle at the mechanic's due to an odd noise. That was an easy fix, but they noticed my vehicle leaking oil, so they checked it out. They found that the oil pan drain plug Cross threaded and tighten to tight as well. I had to pay 524 to fix the mess that jiffy lube has done. I will NEVER ever use another Jiffy Lube for anything again. I will tell everyone I know do Not take your vehicle to one. I'm very disappointed in sloppy service. This close to the holidays, it really sucks my money had to go to repairs cause by jiffy lube professionals. Instead of gifts for family and friends. Thanks jiffy lube.

I have been using your service for 2 years and they have never disappointed me like they do now. I had a sticker that said $5 for the next oil change, they did not take it into account, they had charged me for 3 windshield wipers, they gave me the car without new windshields, the manager I think got upset because I noticed this and changed 2 of them in a bad mood and he left the rear windshield wiper without anything, he only put a towel on it so as not to scratch the glass because he left it without a replacement, he gave me back the money but left the part exposed and with probability that my windshield would be scratched, in the end I realized that they had not changed the sticker to know how many miles I should do a new oil change, definitely in 2 years today was the worst experience I had with the staff in charge

My car was running perfectly fine as I drive it everyday. I went to jiffy lube last week for an oil change, when I got there instead of typing in my info and looking me up as they always do the guy just said what type do you usually get. My husband said I think so and so( I don’t pay attention to the oil names sorry) you might want to check that though, we were just here back in April. Still never asked for our name or anything went by word of mouth. When I left my car kept shutting off, my steering wheel was locking up and now it like sputters when you press the gas. This has NEVER HAPPENED BWFORE as I have a 2 year old and a 9 month old I drive around daily. I didn’t even feel safe driving it home. We quickly got home and parked, my husband said well I’m going to let it run for while see if the oil just needs to flow through, well it kept shutting off. He came in the house and called right away and the employees insist we just did an oil change and basically said we were lying that the car wasn’t working right prior to this. Instead of saying bring it back so we can take a look, make sure we did everything right and replaced everything right they just got off the phone with my husband. Our car still is doing this when we turn it on it shuts back off, why is a car that worked perfectly fine that I drove daily with my kids now isn’t safe?

First and for most, the reviews amaze me how this jiffy lube SAHARA is trying to get AWAY from the fact they severely damaged my 2021 Nissan Sentra. it started 02/27/24 went in to do the oil change..I didn't think ANYTHING would be jeopardized considering I have been there before usually great service. My how these months left a sour taste in my mouth and my pockets. not even two weeks after the oil change, my car was sent to United Nissan right down the way on Sahara and they had told me the worst...they review the diagnostics with me and stated WHOEVER did my last oil change never put the oil back in after servicing my oil change. Now I'm in this perpetuate hell trying to save my poor car filtering every now from 3,000 miles to EVERY 2MONTHS!!! never gotta follow up but I gotta say, Jiffy Lube this is sincerely NOT over. After submitting multiple complaints to corporate and other affairs...let this be a lesson to ANYONE getting a "affordable oil change". Go to your dealership please!!

Great customer service and service first time here and I now will be coming every oil change. Marquet and Trenton did an excellent job at helping me with new wind shield wipers and explaining certain things I needed to know on my vehicle. Everything literally was 15-20 mins no wait time.

My experience today was a joke. Employees were overly unprofessional it’s disgusting. Marquet P. Seems like he needs more professional training as well as at home training. Wasn’t thorough with explaining things in a professional manner. Must be very embarrassing for this location. I’d never recommend getting any kind of service from this location. I had to go to another location to have their work overlooked that’s how displeased I am.
