Tevlin your attitude sucks !! As a GM as you claim you should know how to talk to customers correctly and politely ! This was Johnny's store and he was always so helpful and nice ! Ask a question about what is wrong with a vehicle than want to get short with an attitude 🤔 No thanks !

Very knowledgeable told her that I’m taking a trip with my kids to Disney World. She made sure and checked all my tires. All the staff is very friendly made sure and checked everything on my car so I could safely go to Disney World with my kids. Enjoy the conversation very highly recommend very knowledgeable Answered all my questions politely been coming here for the last three years highly recommend

If you’re looking for a great turn around time for an oil change this is the spot to go to. Even though its a great turn around time, the way the team works on your vehicle… let me say didn’t seem like it couldn’t get any more professional. They were on top of everything, which surprised me. Everyone had a role, everyone was aware of each step needed to be done, everyone was safe and precise with their actions. Thanks to the team in bay 2 who took the upmost care with vehicle. Favion, Aaron, Josh and Kolaya 10/10! Thanks again!

My car needed a timing belt cover gasket, valve cover gasket and water pump to solve an oil leak issue. A month has passed since spending over $2k to fix my oil leak and guess what? Yep still leaking!!! This place is horrible. I won’t go back.

I came to this Jiffy lube after work to get an oil change for my truck. The first thing I was told is, "If you give us a good review now, I'll give you a discount. But I have to look at the review first before you submit it." Aren't reviews for businesses when they provide good or bad service rather than to get a discount? That sounds like bribery to me. Next, I specifically asked not to look into the air filter like they always do. I said, "I only need an oil change." They still went in the glove compartment and brought out the air filter and called me out to discuss some issues. They obviously have a problem following with requests from customers. My wife and I got back in the truck and found items from the glove compartment on the floor, and it smelled horrible inside. I am wondering if the oil and or filter were changed. So now I have to open the hood and get dirty, just to have a peace of mind. Good job guys. That's exactly how to loose customers

If you want incredible quality service at a low cost. You need to come here!! Tevin and his team are absolutely amazing!! Single mama and times are tough. Let alone the stress of dealing with car issues is enough on its on. Tevin was kind, trust worthy and knowledgeable!! It’s so refreshing to know i am in great hands here!!

super rude staff, prices are absolutely insane it’s cheaper to get your oil changed at the dealership than it is here. tried to charge my mom $100 more than what they were supposed to so she asked for an itemized receipt and he said “oops i haven’t had my coffee this morning” this place is a joke, go elsewhere
