Good Honest guys. As a single woman, it's hard to find honest mechanics that doesn't try and take advantage of. These guys are always kind, professional and honest. I even took my son's car there.

10/10 service I would recommend going here to get my oil change and everyone is so nice and professional and would recommend to my friends and family to get there service there I am satisfied with my service. Especially Genesis she is so nice and polite good people in that shop.

I can't say enough about this place. I have been coming here for years with all my vehicles and so has my wife. I had the pleasure of meeting Genesis who was extremely kind and knowledgeable. The man that I always look forward to seeing however is... MARCO ARRIAGA. this little old man has been here for as long as I can remember and he has done every oil change for my wife and I over the years. He's an asset to this company. Thank you JIFFY LUBE for always taking care of us and thank you for keeping MARCO around even through the Hardest of times.

Fast friendly and professional. They greeted me and guided me through the process. They open doors and they give you a timeline. They checked everything and they go over the scheduled recommended maintenance. They’re amazingly polite and I was impressed with their service

Highly recommend Johnny and the team at Jiffy Lube. They take great care in your satisfaction with their service and even better care of your car. Bonus - was in and out in fifteen minutes. Would recommend to anyone.

Pulled up and it was smooth cruisin from there. Simple oil tire rotation service. No upcharges or silliness. Manager, Genesis, was wonderful and obviously kept everyone movin & groovin. Every time I’m there the team are light, educational and fun. Thank you!!

Thia is the place to go when you’re in a rush. We were in and out within 15 minutes. Great service will definitely be back! Johnny did a great job explaining what’s needed and not try to over sell. thanks guys! 5 stars ⭐️

What an absolute joke this place is. I went in for a oil change, attendants asked If I wanted my windshield wipers changed, I said sure. It took them 5 min to figure out what size my car needed, they took them on the packaging and didn't know which windshield wiper went on which side of the car, they put them on wrong had me turn on the wipers while the wipers scratched up my window, they repeated this excersise 5 times laughing not knowing where they go, they slammed the right side on the window without the windshield wiper being put on scratching it somemore in which I finally said to stop and I will take it to a dealership. I spoke to their Manager the next day her name was Genesis, she said she wanted to make this a top priority so she was going to pull the camera feed which I had no problem her doing as it was going to show her attendants taking the wipers off and putting them in back and forth multiple times not knowing what they were doing, she asked for pictures and she was going to call me back within an hour to discuss further. It's been 2 weeks and no call. What a shame to treat customers like this, damage their vehicle by your attendants negligence, watch the attendants laugh like it's funny and not take any responsibility. I will reach out to Jiffy Lube corporate now to discuss the attendants actions but also their manager Genesis who failed to discuss a resolution for vehicle damage that happened on their property which can be seen on their camera. Be very careful going to this location.
