El dia de hoy fui a hacer un servicio el cual al llegar a preguntar el señor grita diciendo Maldito vete de aqui! Es una falta de respeto y Groseria horrible que tienen al cliente. Ustedes estan haciendo un servicio no un favor y minimo educacion y profesionalismo! No vengo aqui de nuevo JAMAS.

What a rip-off joint. (4020 W Sunset Blvd). l specifically asked ahead of time if they were going to fill up the windshield wiper fluid, which IS supposed to be part of the signature oil change service -- but afterwards i checked and they had not filled it up (even though it was marked as taken care of on my receipt.) When l went back and asked them to fill it up, the guy came out and poured water in instead of actual windshield wiper fluid. They claimed their "machine was broken." IF that's true, which i do not believe, that's something that should be taken care of in their shop regularly--complete lies and lack of integrity. They also did NOT take off the $20 coupon l gave them (l noticed after l got home.) Not all Jiffy Lube's are this bad, but this place is a joke. I went there because i was in a hurry but will never again. I WONDER WHAT ELSE THEY DID OR DID NOT DO THAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. Who knows if I even got new oil?? DO NOT GO THERE.

I showed up less than an hour to close but they helped me immediately, fixed my (pretty minor) issue, and had me out of there in under ten minutes and free of charge. It was great and I’m so appreciative of them!

Ok these guys are the real deal, rockstars, all that. Wanted to change out my old bulbs for some after-market bulbs, went to another competitor, rhymes with “step toys” and was quoted $140. Johnny here at Jiffy did it with panache, aplomb, verve, all for the cost of a good word. Come here for your oil change and other auto needs. They’re almost never busy.

I am grateful that I decided to visit Jiffy Lube on Sunset. Johnny and Ernie were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and they even offered me a cold drink and a seat inside with the air conditioning on. They went the extra mile by providing me with a discount. I will definitely be a regular customer for my oil changes, brakes, and more.

While changing the oil last year they suggested removing the air on the brake system. I don’t know what the guy did but I ended up driving off with very weak brakes so I had to pay a friend mechanic to fix the problem. Thanks for wasting my money and time. Valvoline here I come for my next oil change and I don’t care about emailing you guys so please don’t respond with that nonsense just do better with future customers which is why I’m leaving this review.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jiffy Lube at 4020 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, and I have to say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional, all thanks to Johnny, the incredible manager. From the moment I arrived, Johnny and his team made me feel like a VIP. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and professional, setting the tone for a fantastic service experience. Johnny went above and beyond to ensure my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek received the best care possible. Not only did he oversee the full-synthetic oil change with meticulous attention to detail, but he also took the time to do something most places wouldn’t—he noticed an early leak coming from the oil pan plug gasket. Johnny could have easily ignored it or pushed for an immediate repair, but instead, he gave me honest, straightforward advice. He explained that while it wasn’t an immediate problem, it would need attention down the line. And here’s the kicker—Johnny told me that all I would need to do is bring the part down next time, and he would take care of it for no extra charge. Talk about customer service! It’s rare to find someone in the service industry who genuinely cares about the customer’s well-being, but Johnny exemplifies what great service

Quick drive up service. Super friendly staff and a waiting area that feels like a throwback to my childhood where places like waiting rooms weren’t designed to be bland and “nice.” I’m saying that as a compliment. It brought me back to memories of waiting around when I was a kid, but in a good way. Oil change was reasonably priced and seems to be running smoothly.
