Received excellent service for an oil change and my air filter was dirty after they did an inspection. Technicians were professional and even informed there was an online coupon I could use if I went online. Great service. Will definitely be back here.

Bought a groupon, and they said I would still need to pay for more quartz and then denied it cause of ticking. Which is reasonable at face value, but any other non chain shop would've just done it. They just didn't want to take reasonablility if the engine shot. Took it to some other place VERMONT AUTO CENTER AND GOT IT DONE IN 5 MINUTES. Also, the dude with the fade was acting like it wasn't his job to work there lmao. Had an attitude that I came in and asked 4 questions.

Absolutely happy with the service and how quickly everything got done. My car is falling apart and the employees were very friendly and I felt comfortable having them take care of it. 10/10!

Amazing experience, everyone was very kind and explained everything to me. They recommended I also get my brakes changed, ordered them after my approval, and sent me home in an Uber that they ordered for me so I wouldn't have to wait there for hours. Once my car was ready for pick up, they ordered me another Uber to pick me up. Truly appreciate everything, they included a small service for free, and even gave me a $50 discount. They also gave me a list of recommended services with the estimated price of each, if I ever wanted to return in the future to get those taken care of. Definitely coming here again!

The rate for the oil change was way higher than the usual rate around the area until I saw the service. It is far from the rest. Raoul is a good captain of the business and the motto of taking the extra mile works for this business. First time I experienced my car being cleaned they way they did. Not even the best mechanics in the whole of California is doing this practice. Thank you very much.

I had some guy help me out, I think his name is Raúl. He had long hair. He made me feel very comfortable and my car was taken care of. I wish they had snacks tho! But the movie was great :)

I had a great experience here, and it was thanks to Dylan and Guillermo, who helped me when I came in concerned about some car brakes issues. Guillermo was very helpful in identifying the problems and laying out how much it would cost. After my brake pads and rotors were changed, I was still having issues with hearing a squealing noise, so I came back. Dylan was very helpful and excellent in getting them changed out, and it was covered under the warranty. The waiting room was also nice, considering it was very warm out each time I went.

I was very pleased with how I was treated today. I believe the advice I was given on the maintenance of my car was truthful. I didn't feel taken advantage of because of my gender. I will return to this location in the future. Alan and Raou exhibited great customer service!

Nice bunch of kids that work there they seem to care about their job and they make sure to do a proper inspection of your vehicle and intern give you options and information in regards to any issues with your vehicle

Received really outstanding service today from Dylan along with his manager and teammates today. I bought a new battery and needed them to install for me because my VW Passat has to have computer reset when battery is disconnected. They not only took care of this at no charge for me but also made recommendations on getting my car checked out based on a noise that we heard. I will definitely be back. HIGHLY recommended!
