Dropped by there this morning to get an oil change and had a great experience. Met Beverly and the Jiffy lube team on West Pico blvd in Los Angeles. They did an excellent job on my car and I was very happy with their work. They were all very respecfull, professional and friendly. And I couldn't have asked for a better team to work on my car. Thank you so much Beverly 👋🏽 🙂 you were so informative, knowledgeable and just an all around great person that I had the chance to meet today. The service was excellent and top notch 👌🏾 👏🏾 5 star rating for sure.

The workers are great! They're very polite and quick to get the job done right. My biggest issue with these guys is how much they try to up-sale. Don't buy their oil that's suppose to last 5000 miles. It doesn't and they wont "top you off" as they say they would at the 3000 mile mark because and I quote, "Your dash has to indicate that the oil life is negative for us to top you off." Mind you, my change oil light came on at 2997 miles and I came in at 3005 miles. Got denied the top off and when my car indicated that the oil was completely depleted I came in at 3500 miles and had to pay for a new oil change. Felt like such a scam!

This is the only location I go to now. The team has only offered me things I needed and didn't pressure if I wanted to wait. I used them for other services beyond oil changes. I literally live 2 mins from the Melrose location, but I always felt hustled and the service wasn't as comfortable as this location.

They have this weird scam tactic where they pretend to quickly show you a photo of something with your car that is in “bad shape.” They’ll also tag team on a fluid level thing where one person will say levels are good but the other will say no this is there’s right here and “your levels are bad.” What’s worst, cabin and engine air filter (which you can buy just a block away at auto zone both for less than $30 total and replace yourself: YouTube) cost $100 here. Photo proof. This was Beverly btw. Avoid this place and never leave your car unattended. Watch them. They are scammers.

The tech who helped with my oil change inflated my tires to 45 psi, 13 psi above the manufacturer-recommended tire pressure, while on the service report that was provided to me after the oil change, my tire pressure was reported as having been increased only to 35psi. Dangerous. Otherwise, the service was fine, although the tech who serviced my vehicle was brusk.

They are scammers run far away!!They charged me labor for an air filter that they recommended. I’ve had my filter replaced while getting an oil change at Jiffy lube and have never been charged for a labor fee of 30.00.To put the cherry on top Mike the manager very rude. My car won’t start after visiting jiffy lube and I called with some concerns. He just talked over me and never tried to hear my concerns. He told me to call aaa and if it’s not the battery tow it back there!!! They’re unprofessional and not mechanics

This oil change Shop is a ripe off. I asked how much for an Oil change, Mario said 160.00 I said, what? I always pay 99.00 at Purfect Auto or even at the dealership with a cupon. Mario said I can give you a cupon and your price would be 142.00 I then agreed because I needed the oil change and Purfect Auto is closed on Sunday. But when I paid at the register, the price for the oil change was 30.00 more. And I asked why Mario said 142.00 and now is 30.00 more. I was told it was 30.00 LABOR. They are thieves!! They lied to you at the time you sign the agreement for the work to be done. But once they are done, they Charge You What they Want too. Be careful with this Shops. Avoid Them at All Costs. I always use Purfect Auto Service those Shops are Honest. I would never bring my car to Jiffy Lube for any repairs. This was an emergency I needed to go to TJ and my oil level was already low. Had a groupon and it was soooooo not worth it! $45 for an air filter. . .an oil change took soooo long and I watched my car just sit there as they seemed to forget about it.

The staff here really went above and beyond to help me with my car battery and an issue with a fuse. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and I’ll be recommending everyone to come here! Everyone I’ve interacted with here are nice, professional, and helpful people, but I especially want to call out Anthony, Noe, and Beverly for being SO helpful today. Thank you!!
