Never go here! I went because I had a Groupon & my mechanic was busy and this was one of the locations that were on the promotion. They say they offer a lot of things like all fluid top offs and a vacuuming but they didn't do all that. Granted, it was a Sunday and busy so maybe that's why but don't offer something if it's not done or at least ask what I would like to be done. Then I went to pay explicitly saying I have a Groupon and showing him the code & he still charged me for services that I had already paid on Groupon. Luckily I was within the 3 days to get a refund from Groupon but if i wasn't I dont know if I would have gotten a refund from Jiffy lube (probably not). A couple of weeks after the oil change my car started making a weird sound and the oil sensor light lit up. I took it to my mechanic and he said the oil was too thin for my car. I chose and paid for high milage oil and I don't think they even did that. Wouldn't do Jiffy Lube ever again.

I'm a returning customer and their service here is mediocre and they would lie to avoid controversy. The guy told me the other line will move faster because the car in front of me has more service. I told them I'll wait and they said they still need me to move because the other car waiting at the far side was their before me and it's first come first serve. Dishonesty caught on the act. They didn't even check my tire pressure like they normally do.

I'm not complaining about the service, but take care of your belongings in that place. A week ago I went to have the oil changed in my vehicle and some belongings were stolen, including a hands-free kit.

Do not come here. My girlfriend just got her oil changed yesterday around 6pm on her Hyundai before a road trip only for it to break down 85 miles from LA. At a different mechanic right now and they told us that there’s no oil in the car or any coolant. So unsafe and dangerous.

They didn’t put any oil in my car and I didn’t notice until my engine blew out in the same day. When I went to the mechanic they said there was no oil at all in my car. They charged me $300 and all I came here for was a regular oil change.
