I have been to this Jiffy Lube location on several occasions and have never had a bad experience. I always check reviews on businesses before I go and I had read several reviews mentioning Junior as being a very good mechanic and technician. I have to say I absolutely concur with these other reviews Junior was kind respectful he had did a really good job explaining to me all the additional things that my car needed and I had no reason to doubt that he was telling the truth. I'll definitely go back to this Jiffy Lube location again repeatedly.

Junior was the absolute best. When I visited I saw him talking with an older customer who was questioning an extra 25 bucks. Junior kept explaining it over and over very clearly and politely even though the man kept saying he didn’t understand. I was already impressed from there. I found out later he was by himself at the time and was still handling everything super professional. When it came to my car my engine was overheating and he totally helped show me what was wrong. Unfortunately I didn’t have the money to take care of the problem today but I will be back to get everything done that he mentioned. Super thankful for him!

Not a reliable location. The website quoted me $262.95. When I went to the location, the guy told me it might cost more than $350 because the website doesn’t include the laborers. How convenient is that?

Pulled in with a gnarly flat tire (must have run over a screw), and this team hopped right on it and took great care of my vehicle. Got me patched and on my way in no time, at a totally reasonable price. Friendly staff, comfortable waiting room, good vibes. I had a great experience here.

This Jiffy Lube was amazing! The staff was super helpful and really seemed to care about getting things done right. They explained everything clearly, so I knew exactly what was going on without feeling pressured or upsold on anything unnecessary. What really stood out was how fast they got everything done while still giving top-notch service. I was in and out in no time, which was such a relief. Definitely 5 stars—highly recommend if you’re looking for great service and a quick turnaround!

Got an oil change which is supposed to include a top off of all fluids about one week ago. They asked to do the coolant flush as well which I declined. I started my car this morning and I get an engine warning that the coolant needs a refill? This place is really, really SHADY. Avoid at all costs.

Best place to get oil checked quickly. I have Suzuki samurai and it was leaking oil. They fixed it fast. Junior was a great help

Been coming to this location since I was a Freshman in college(2018), they have always kept it top tier at this Jiffy Lube. Extremely timely and helpful in explaining the best route for you if you have some real car issues. Oil changes are always easy and great. Shoutout to Rodrigo and Job for replacing my Cam Sensors when I thought I needed my starter or battery replaced. Real ones.

Solid location with dedicated people; they never fail to make you feel welcome (even if you don’t know shiz about your car). Have no problem trusting them with my car and updating me on the progress (had oil change / brakes / fluids changed multiple times). Shout out to Junior; thanks for all the help dude - ask for this guy - will not be disappointed.

The place was quick and clean and convenient. Jr. was the manager on duty when I went there and he was very attentive and organized. The oil change was cheap and fast. This is a great no-brainer cheap alternative to going to your normal mechanic for an oil change.

They did not have the oil wanted, and even with a coupon, it was still too expensive. They also did not clean my windows, and they did not refill my radiator overflow tank with antifreeze.

I stopped by this jiffy lube and I was immediately helped. I am extremely impressed by the quality of their customer service and their timely work. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes and the Service I requested was taken care of thanks to Jr. I will definitely return to this location.

You are friendly people, great little lobby and fast service, but a few things I find problematic, and a concern. Got an oil change, interior air filter replaced, and a coolant flush and refill. Sorry guys, I am a little suspicious of the work done here today. I initially thought 'hey, inflation sucks, costs are up, so $195 for an oil change might as well be the new standard for premium synth oils'. I should have considered that the same car for a complete oil change was $75 maximum at service centers in San Francisco, and Denver, and every other time I have done my own oil. I do my own coolant, and my own brakes. I know I have neglected my brake fluid, so that diagnostic made sense, but my coolant that I had refilled a few weeks ago to the max fill line was basically empty when they took me out to the bay to inspect my vehicle. How was my new coolant already so low? I drove across the country to attend UCLA and sure, the heat of the Utah and Nevada desert would make my cars temp run a little hot here and there, but no where above 200*F. I know my work and I know my inspections I run on my vehicle to a T, so having a sudden drop in coolant like this with no drastic temperature issues is confusing. I have no coolant leaks that I know of, and none were reported by Jiffy Lube mechanics. I lost an entire canister of coolant in 3 weeks, which scientifically and logically is impossible unless my vehicle had a leak. I paid for the whole coolant flush at another $200 or so because I have expected the same treatment and integrity from auto shops across the country, and honestly should have been more suspicious of this from the get go given the exorbitant pricing model for an oil change on a Dodge Charger R/T. I went back to check my engine, make sure everything checked out after getting to my residence, found the hood was not latched down, gravity and air resistance had been doing me a favor on the way home, and yes, my coolant was refilled. The work was done, the guys were friendly, but I cannot help but feel like there was a lack of honesty and transparency with the work done here today. I am the customer, and I am sure I could have looked at the receipt, what oil I was getting, and what this service entailed as well as questioned how my coolant essentially vanished. I take full responsibility for not advocating for more answers, but I give myself some credit again, the world is expensive, this city is expensive, and cars are expensive. All to say, I am suspicious, I am not looking for freebies, I just feel like something is amiss. Maybe I do have a leak somewhere, I will keep this updated. You treat your patrons well, and have built up a loyal base around this area having talked to one of them, and I can respect that, and I want to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe I screwed up on my coolant, or that I do have a slow leak nobody would notice. Update: My car is stranded. The alternator is dead, my air intake was not properly installed and was loose. When I got to my last class at UCLA I heard a hissing and checked my coolant. There was a piece of plastic shrapnel between the gasket and my coolant tank. I removed it and it has fixed the issue. So, to conclude: I am $390 out for what should have been affordable, routine maintenance. My coolant had dropped to abnormal levels after I had just done it. My Intake was not put back. My brake fluid cover was not put back. My car is sitting dead in the middle of a National Park miles from any service station. Everything indicates that these issues started after my visit. My friends who are car fanatics, have worked on vehicles for decades, are suspecting sabotage or a degree of negligence like no other. I cannot recommend this business due to costs, lack of due diligence, neglect, and lack of real transparency. Valvoline will let you sit in your car when they do an oil change and let you watch everything they do. My oil change, coolant, and washer fluid replacement costs $175 flat with them.

Recently visited Jiffy Lube for my check engine light and they took care of me like family. Their customer service is amazing especially from their manager: Rodrigo and Mechanic: Junior. They diagnosed the issues and suggested the remedy’s for my cars issue. They were very professional and friendly, 100% would recommend :))

Do not give them your business. Profits over everything is the motto here and that means you getting ripped off. They will do something as simple as put air in your tire and then ask you for 150 dollars and threaten you if you don’t pay. Hate them
