I wish I could give this review 5 stars but I just can't. I came in yesterday morning needing emergency help with my car. Prior to arriving my car was sputtering and stalling out and my oil light was flashing on and off. I found this odd as I had just put oil into my car that exact morning after my oil light flashed on the night prior. I realized I put too much oil into my car and this was probably causing it to stall now (this is separate from the engine sputtering and light flashing). I was right near this Jiffy Lube and pulled in immediately. I asked them to drain the excess oil and perform an oil change. Before they even began they inspected my car and deduced I needed my fuel pump replaced as well? As I do not live in LA and I desperately needed my car fixed in order to get home, I agreed to repairs as I live 70 miles away and needed my car to be safe and drivable. The service was quick and prompt and the mechanics were nice enough but that's about it. Not even an hour into driving my car home my oil light began flashing again and my car STALLED out on the road. I had at least made it home and called my local mechanic to take a look. After inspecting my car, what we found horrified me. Not only had my oil NOT been changed but my oil filter itself had not even been touch to be replaced either and my oil levels were overfilled causing strain on my engine. Oil had also spilt on and around my engine leaving my car to smell like gasoline when driving it. My oil was BLACK and my filter was filthy. At this point, I'm not even sure that my fuel pump was swapped out at all and I feel completely taken advantage of and scammed. Not only did I have to pay AGAIN for my oil to be changed and filter swapped, I'm out $850 for a service and part replacement that was completely faulty and not performed. Not only did your mechanics damage my car further by not performing the service I paid for but you put my safety at risk. I will be submitting a claim with your company and the Bureau of Automotive Repair. Accountability needs to be uphold because what these mechanics did was lazy and reckless. Will not be using your services again. If you take your car here, please be aware! Photos are of my oil and filter AFTER Jiffy Lube had "performed" their services on my vehicle. This is unacceptable.

Went for an oil change, and I was immediately offered $100-150 options without explanation. After asking specifically for a conventional oil change, I was told that they were out of conventional oil and that the next best option was high mileage for $85.

Dropped off my car for service and breaks. It was done quickly. I was super happy. But then one of the wheel parts was left loose (not sure which one, sorry) I was freaking out on my way home. Adrian came to me and fixed it even though he did not do the initial work. I was on my way no more tham 20 minutes later! I am very greaful for him as he came on his own time to help me, i think he was off already. I realize that it was an accident that was something overlooked at their business but he went BEYOND to help me and get me moving again. No one else would have come to help me when it was almost 7pm. He gets 5 stars. Break technician gets 0.

The 5 stars are for Cris who was positive, helpful, and a great communicator! It definitely felt like an expensive oil change, but they also checked my brake pads and other aspects of the car. Wouldn’t have reviewed otherwise if not for Cris’s extraordinarily great service.

Just go somewhere else. Manager was extremely rude…all I wanted to know was whether or not there was a mistake made on my synthetic oil change for 10k miles because the sticker they gave me and my car warned me for 5k. He had a lot of attitude and was defensive when I, a paying customer, had a genuine concern and wanted a solution or reassurance that there was not a problem.

They need to change their hours, they don’t open until closer to 8:30am. Came in on a Sunday morning around 8:10am. Was waiting in the parking lot for 20 minutes. The workers might have been hungover. Told me to come back the next day because that’s when they’ll have the “cheaper” synthetic oil after 10am which is an inconvenience because I work the whole day. I took my car somewhere else where they had nicer services and were actually opened at the time stated online.

Went in two days in a row, still didn't get work done. The first day, two employees told us there were no mechanics, but two would be in the next day, and we could come any time. The second day, an employee told us that both mechanics were on lunch. Fine, we were going to wait. Then the assistant manager said that, actually, there were no mechanics but him- everyone else was lying. And, even though he was a mechanic, he wouldn't do the work because Jiffy Lube refused to pay him as a mechanic. He wouldn't let the other employees say anything for the rest of the time we were there. Then he gave us a ridiculous quote on changing the brake pads and rotors. Conflicting information. Employees throwing each other under the bus. Employees throwing the company under the bus. And wasted time on my part. I'll be saving money going elsewhere, anyway, so I should be grateful.

RUN AWAY ! Too bad I can’t put less than 1 star. Unprofessional, rude, to list only 2. Got there for a simple oil change. Price listed at $74.99. Quoted at $116 for some reason. After waiting almost an hour, they come back with the contract to sign before starting the work at $197 with no explanation beside, that’s the price for oil change on your car (V. Beetle 2014). Very unprofessional, yelling at each other, slamming my door car! Obviously, I didn’t get the work done, I’ll never return and I DO NOT RECOMMEND that place! Scammers!

Expensive oil change. It was over $200 for conventional oil. Valvoline is cheaper and it was about $80 for the synthetic oil. Jiffy lube takes forever. To get an oil change, it took about 3 hours. Roughly half that time was just waiting to drive my vehicle into the service area.

After my change of oil they forgot to put the tap back on… fortunately nothing happen to my car. After a mistake they were very good at fixing it and were very helpful giving me a solution.

Google somehow just guided me to update my review five years ago to include comments. I don’t mind adding the following: it is a Shady place!! They tried super hard to rob you! I was only here for oil change. They kept my cars for three hours and then came told me all tires and brakes need full replacement. (I have my car just examined a few months ago and examinations later with other shops years after all said it is in great condition).

I came here for an oil change since my normal place is no longer and was here for over an hour. Ok that happens sometimes. My biggest issue is that I have been having problem after problem since and now find out there was no oil put back into my car. I’m only giving 2 stars as the lady who helped at the front desk was very friendly.

These guys are a total fraud! I went in to get an oil change and they told me I needed brakes. Little did they know that I know a thing or two about cars. They told me that I have two to three millimeters left. So I aksed them how many millimeters are new brake pads and they told me 4-6. So I replied letting them know that I still have anywhere from 33% 75% left. Today, my friend who does my brakes took my brakes off and they were literally barely broken in still even though I am almost due for another oil change. Also, everytime I get my oil change done here, there is always a leak during the last 1000 miles before my next oil change is due. This never happens, however, when my friend changes my oil. Lastly, instead of checking my air filter properly, they unscrewed parts on the other side of the clips and did not screw them back on! I had a code pop up and all I had to do was screw the loose screws back in. Baffled at how this can even happen. This is egregious. I will not go back to Jiffy Lube again! Complete liars paired with bad oil changes and shoddy care of your car while it is in their hands. HORRIBLE!

$0.00 Charge. -My car suddenly turned off about 25' from the location. I pushed it to the front, right before entering the drive way. (I'm 4' 11") lol! I called Jiffy Lube for help & Chris came out! Not only was he curious as to what was wrong he tested my car car and simply wanted to let me know the codes so I can truly fix it. What a wonderful soul, he was so human vs annoyed or ready to just let me go. He was an incredibly professional. Thank you Chris for making me feel part of a caring community. (Thank you to the lady who answered the phone & the other guy using Chris shirt so I thought it was 2 Chris's. But no, there is only 1. 🥳
