Efficient and friendly that's why this location is the only one I go to. Short staffed today but the guys were very friendly and worked hard to get us through as fast as possible. I always feel comfortable going there.

"I recently visited the Jiffy Lube on Dixie Highway and, despite a 35-minute wait due to their team being short-staffed and awaiting a part, I was impressed by their service. Keeland, the gentleman assisting us, was multitasking effectively while maintaining a pleasant demeanor. The staff kept us informed throughout the process, regularly checking in and offering water, which made the wait more bearable. Even with these challenges, they moved swiftly and efficiently. I usually go to Valvoline for my oil changes, but after this experience, I’m seriously considering becoming a Jiffy Lube fan. While the wait was longer than expected, the team's dedication to customer care really stood out. A little improvement in part availability could make the experience even better, but overall, I'm satisfied with the service!"

Easiest place I have been for oil change. Didn't get anything I didn't need and explained it all. Staff very knowledgeable about all parts of car and so very friendly. Waiting room stocked with coffee and ice water and could see what going on with you car. Very reasonable not like big car stores on dealer lots. Definitely recommend and will go back for any car needs. THANK YOU ALL

Excellent quick service. Found some stuff wrong with my car like my ac filter that i didnt even know was dirty and or broken. The man that helped me was very friendly and i like how it didnt take them long to assit and get me outta there

Was told a price but wasn't upheld and then added all types of surcharge. Plus how does 79.99+10.99 add up to $95.97 plus taxes. Would not recommend anyone to this establishment.

The gentleman at the dixie location are awesome! Donald, James and Cody! My windshield was cleaned, they gave my daughter a popsicle, offered me a bottle of water and answered all of my questions. I truly appreciate their service. I want to update and included Gerald as well. He took very good care of my car today, thank you!
