Jiffy Lube has been my go to for most of my driving life, at least when i had to pay it. I’ve been fortunate in that way, considering i am low income. I had stopped J Lube after an issue in St.Matthews. Jefferson Boulevard opened. I decided to try again. I drive very little so i am not a 3 month regular. I was so happy with service, knowledge,and recommendations..until December 2,2024. Very unfriendly man, who asked me if i was afraid to drive over the big hole. ( should have been a clue about how a WOMAN would be treated) Just got seated in waiting room, he comes to tell me i have conventional oil. “Yes that’s right”! Well do you know if you don’t use, at least, synthetic blend($80) there is no warranty when you drive away! Asked”you mean if you do something wrong, oil leaks out, it is not covered?” He says when you drive out of the bay ..no warranty! “No one has told me this before!” Well that’s the way it is! So i’m making a phone call, girl at desk says anything newer than 2000. (Mine 2006) Had folks try offer synthetic but no one says factory recommend HAS to be done. While im on phone they pulled my car out! When in the beginning i said stay with conventional abd he insisted in synthetic i knew if i kept insisting , he would do something intentionally to cause a problem. I have talked to several places who confirmed it a scare tactic to upsell to pitiful woman! My owners manual specifically states 5w-30! There is absolutely NO mention of of synthetic! If this is a for real policy then SHAME ON YOU M.L

Frank and the rest of the crew do great work! I didn't even know they offer headlight restoration. Oil changed, fluids topped off, and headlights that actually light up the road now. Thanks guys!

Got an oil change. Tiesha and Eldar were both great technicians. Tiesha told me of a separate problem, how to see it myself, and didn't *force* a solution onto me, which I appreciate. Eldar took over at the end and helped me get a good coupon on my purchase.

I've been going here for a few years since I started working nearby, always had good experiences, this past one was no different. Eldar got my oil changed, as well as replaced a headlight & topped my windshield wiper fluid off in no time. Thanks y'all.

Called yesterday to get an inspection and was told they are first come first serve 8-5 on Saturday so I came out here and was told ooohhhh we won’t have any technicians today come back later. Why tell people over the phone to come in just to waste their time.

Seems like some employees didn't want to be there. I heard someone cursing in the background. I had conventional motor oil put in my motor and was told that there is no warranty if something happens because they said for the mileage they recommend synthetic blend. Funny that my normal mechanic says different.
