The Jiffy Lube at N. Graham and Summer Ave. was clean and well-run. The technicians who serviced my vehicle were polite, efficient, cheerful, and knowledgeable. This was probably my most pleasant Jiffy Lube experience so far… I plan to visit this location again.

The folks here are top notch. John saw me struggling in the parking lot with a flat tire and offered his assistance. I also happened to be in need of an oil change. It's not often that everything works out perfectly, but today was that chance. I am so grateful for the attentive and kind service I got here today. I will definitely return and highly recommend the service here.

Jiffy lube is my go place whenever I need service for my truck. Myke is one of the technicians that have been here a long time. He is always super friendly. The service is fast. I have absolutely no complaints. When I come in for an oil change and the techs check other areas in vehicle that may become a problem and are able to fix it in the same visit.

So, On May 29, 2024 I went to Jiffy Lube on Hwy 64 store #16886 to get an oil change. And the staff there was very respectful and pleasant towards me (I'll give them that) but once the process of getting my oil change became a problem. So I'm in bay with my daughter in the car with me and I'm realizing as me and her is sitting there that it is taking a minute for them to change the oil in my car. So several of them just passing by me not saying a word and eventually someone come to me and tells me that they can't change my oil filter due to it being tight and they can't get it off. So I respond with saying my last time getting an oil change was here at this location back in March. They tried to argue me down saying that my last visit was not with them, I had got an oil change back in Jan and it wasn't at they location, the reason why it is probably lock is because I went over my mileage (when I did not, because I get my oil change every 2 or 3 months and my car notify me that through my chevy app). One of the staff eventually finds me in the system and realize that they put me under TN tags instead of Ms tags so the sticker I had in my car from the last oil change was wrong. And the crazy part is I had the date of the service on the sticker as well. I go back and forth saying I don't understand when I literally came to this location back in March to get my oil change. They did end up telling me that they change my oil but couldn't change the oil filter and that it wouldn't mess up my car, and I will have to go find somebody professional to change it out since I don't have a warranty on it there. They gave me a filter so I can take it some where, I paid 76 dollars and some change on getting my oil change. And went on by my day and went home. The next morning on May 30, 2024 I called the Jffiy Lube on Graham that I normally will go to in the first place to explain what has happen. They tells me that nun of what I said makes sense at all. They ask me to come up there to check it out. And when I got up here Mr. Tae and Mike got to working on my car and saw that the other facility left a towel in the hood of my car on what they was working on. I'm high upset with this because if they just didn't wanna do it or couldn't do it they could of just told me that and I would of gladly went somewhere else. My car could of caught on fire or anything. I most definitely would like to speak to a manager or someone high up because this is insane to me. P.S. I Give Tae and Mike at the Graham location 5 stars for helping me out the best way they can on this situation
