What can I say, my neighborhood Jiffy Lube. With NO appointment I was in and out in 30 min for an oil change. Great staff. 12/3/2024 Return visit but for my truck this time. Good Staff, clean waiting room, great prices. Still in & out in about 30-40 minutes. ✨💪🏼

Asked for synthetic blend; they put full synthetic. Did not get the license plate correct even just walking 5 feet to enter it on the screen. All of this makes me wonder if they even put the correct oil as far as 0-20 in or what. Not feeling confident with that service at all. The guy that answered the phone when I called to question my receipt which had the wrong oil and an incorrect license plate had worked on the car and seemed stoned or maybe just slow on the phone but didn’t even know what oil was put in my vehicle. Not going there again! Already had idiots ruin my last car with their lack of attention at another oil change place so where does that leave people? Why are the generations getting dumber and dumber. I’m holding no hope for the future of this planet. Humans seem dumber than rocks these days.

Friendly Knowledgeable employees took care of my issues I was having with my Honda explained the timeframe and costs and it was a easy process, I will visit this jiffy lube from now on, I thank you so much.

Have used Jiffy lube several times over the years. I have used this location twice so far. No complaints no worries. Friendly and efficient service. Personnel who are a pleasure to receive service from.

Always come to this location for my oil change. Every worker is so nice and welcoming. Never feel pressured to purchase anything they suggest. 10/10 location.

Good experience...quick, friendly and knowledgeable employees. Drove to TWO other Jiffy Lubes in NE Mesa that are still showing on Google Maps but are GONE. Google Maps needs to update the Jiffy Lube locations!
