Went to get my oil done unsure of the price well they had dropped my oil before I knew the cost. The oil change was $187 including a $25 coupon. No thanks I'm not coming back. They advised my serpentine belt was bad, its not bad i just got a new one recently installed. Bad bad business practice and unethical. Very disappointed if I could give zero stars I would. Please be aware this company will rip you off!!!

Incredibly rude woman. She had black hair was wearing a different shirt than the rest of her staff maybe a manager or an assistant manager? I went in to ask them to check my car because my check engine light turned on and it had been making some funky noises and PER THEIR WEBSITE it says they will do a free check for you. She walks over to my car and gives me attitude trying to charge me $160 TO SIMPLY CHECK MY CAR not even fix the problem and when I challenged her and told her I’d never been charged for a check before, she scoffed at me and then told me “I won’t work for free” and walked away from my car when I was mid sentence. Never had issues here before this but this was absurd. I hope higher ups can correct this behavior because that was unacceptable.

The grease gun was broken at this shop for the second time and the one on University & Mesa Dr. Said the same thing.I didn't get a lube job 😕. The oil change was fast and the service was friendly.

The assistant Manager Reese at that Jiffy Lube provided outstanding customer service! The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of.
