Fantastic work completed by the Jiffy Lube Baseline team. First time coming in and they were so fast with their service. The kind manager came into ask which oil I’d prefer and didn’t try to upsell at all. At the end of it, he clearly explained to me what the charges were and WITHOUT hassle handled my coupon. Definitely coming back here for how easy this was. Very pleasantly surprised and thankful to have found this place! Will be recommending location to friends. Thanks!

I have been going for years. Took too long. Apparently they did something to car now i have an oil and check engine light on. They never showed me my filters. Told me they had a problem underneath, but she made it sound like it was on their end, but would not elaborate. Hopefully i hear back from my survey and issue is resolved. Update- Jiffy Lube immediately reached out regarding my issue. I did take my vehicle back to the service center. The DM met with me took care of my vehicle and all is working well. Thank you Brett for personally taking care of everything and seeing that all was okay with my vehicle.

This was my first visit to this location. I stopped because my dealer was unable to perform services today. I thought I needed to recharge my air conditioner as it began blowing hot air. After diagnosis, turns out I have a much more complicated compressor issue. I was given world class service by the staff and manager onsite. I will definitely be back when I need car maintenance after my experience today. Thank you kindly.

Simon and crew did an excellent job of loosening an oil pan plug others were unable to loosen for years! Thank you for saving me from having to do an unnecessary machining new threads expensive repair others had recommended!

I work 2 doors down from this location and dropped off my car for an oil change. The guy who took it in seemed annoyed, but it was 110 degrees outside and I don't really hold that against him. It's miserable in this area, lol. But still - he shook his head a few times and I'm not sure if it was at me or something else going on. I came back a couple hours later to pick it up and it was ready to go. The girl working there - Gwen - was fantastic! She was positive and friendly and went over everything they'd found with my car. They did say they'd cleaned the windows and they weren't cleaned, but again - small deal. And, their report says there was a small oil leak but it didn't say where, so I'm still trying to find that leak. Overall, I'm happy with this location, I'm impressed by the customer service, and I'll bring my car back every time if they keep it up! Also - Simon answered the phone both times I called to ask about their services and he was great. I'm not sure if he's the same guy who took my car but he was really kind. 🤗 I'll change my review to a 5 star if next time they do everything they said and don't make me feel a little bad for having to drop off my car. I work in a 911 center and or our breaks are pretty strict so I don't have the luxury of waiting, and I don't live in town. Overall, good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Waiting for an air filter, my oil change took an hour. On the invoice they had wash exterior window completed. They did not clean my windows. Vacuum floors completed, no they didn't do that one either. Considering how many employees they had and only one car I didn't understand why I didn't have better service. I have been here several times and usually there service is really good. I guess today was a bad day.

The Manager was mad because I wouldnt buy a battery said 1 only have 100 ccamps My battery is a 750. It will only start at the lowest 550 CCA. Then he tried to intimidate me into it. He lied. And mad cause I wouldnt by a new air filter. I will never be back to an already slow store. He wanted to try to intimidate me again. I dont get intimidated. I flat out told him no. Just the oil. Then i checked into it. He put the wrong oil in it. My truck take 5w-20. This so called expert put 10w-40. My oil pressure gauge kept going to zero. My paper work says 10w-40. I had to take it to Ford for the correct oil Im going to keep taking it to Ford dealer. Never again.if i could give a half star I would Store is at extention and baseline. Mesa Az There only purpose is to up sell. Thats it. Never again. Beware to all.
