The service and the time I waited was very decent. My concern is, I didn’t do any of the recommendations that were recommended and my engine light came on. My question is, was everything put back properly because what they said I needed would not make the engine light come on

Good premium oil change service, overcharge on oil and air filters. Forgot to inspect my tire and brought the car out too soon. Quick service maybe too quick.

Scammed. One of the workers charged us $40 to check the engine codes on our car. He asked for zelle or cash which is already shady, but claimed any other jiffy lube would charge $160 and that his scanner was $200. We googled it most locations do it for free and his scanner was $60 on Amazon. Then he tried to push more services on us. He never gave us his name, but he's the bald one. He didnt listen to a word we said and tried to mainsplain the problem, he saw two young girls and thought he would take advantage.

Efficient polite honest Updated review: Nixon the manager and Alex the mechanic are honest and reliable they go the extra mile for me ever since I started going there 4 years ago, Alex fixed my deffective gasket and charged the labor back to the manufacturer, he called me to ensure the car had no more leaks the next day, that shop is one you can trust they care for their loyal customers, they won't cheat you or invent problems, I highly recommend it.

I dont know why they change the people they had before they were nice took care and check everything correctly. These new group no one check my whippers but they put on paper they did did not check any of my light but said they did lady was rude started to do something and than they go to another car they lost my caps of my truck wasted 350$ in that place and i have about three car in my name in that place cause how good and quick they were now definitely not going back it sad how bad they did by changing eveyone that was there before

One word NICKSON!! I called 5 jiffy lubes in Miami and everyone was rude or no answer at all. My boy Nickson answers my call got the part in 1 hour and had me and my lady in and OUT with an AMG C63s. I hope you see this Nickson. You’re a rare helpful soul in south Florida 🙏🏼

Que? Que? 100$!! Por un limpiador de inyectores y lo unico que hace es ponerle un liquido al tanque de gasolina jaja y ese liquido en amazon cuesta 15$, sean serios ombe, no le pague por ese servicio y además me cobraron 150$ por un cambio de aceite y lo peor aún es que todavía me aparece el cambio de aceite en el tablero de mi coche. Tenga cuidado mi gente Michael te saca platica y te persuade para que compres cosas inesesarias a un precio de locura
