It was my first time at this location but a great team member named Juan, quickly gained my trust and confidence. He advised me on more urgent needs for my car but also provided a cost efficient solution. We were also joined with a younger man at the computer purchasing the replacement parts for my car, I didn’t get his name but he was great help and also made it easy to trust him. I will definitely return for future car maintenance.

I purchased and paid for oil change through the Groupon App, but was charged additional money (not counting taxes) at this Jiffy location, after my oil change was completed. I will not be doing business here again.

First and last time I come here. Nobody has a glue on what there doing. Andy was so unprofessional. Telling me I needed wipers, when I got them changed 3 months ago. Then telling me I needed a brake flush lol. Bunch of scammers. Fire Andy!!

DO NOT COME ALONE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN!! They will 10000% try to scam you and pressure you to into paying for unnecessary additions. My mom came in for an oil change, and after asking her to add a million things and she said no, they told her r that they were gonna finish the oil change and that she could go inside and change. AFTER PAYING, we come outside and her car won’t start. They then tried to charge her $650 to fix a problem with a starter. My mom then requests to see a manager and view the camera footage, and as we’re waiting for the manager, they CALL THE COPS ON US. On paying customers. Literal worst customer service ever. Even the cops were agreeing with us. We ended up towing the car as they refused service and had to PAY OVER $100 on TOP of the initial charge. Once we got the car to a mechanic, turns out they had reset the whole car and took literally 2 seconds to fix and the car was working again. So we paid for an oil change, a tow, and a mechanic. This staff is severely untrained and unprofessional. Called the cops with absolutely no warning and left us to pay for a tow after THEIR EMPLOYEES MADE A MISTAKE, and instead of just owning it and fixing it, they tried to charge $650. Were already in contact with the district manager. The manager of the store is Christopher Olvida. Very immature, unprofessional, and untrained. Never go here EVER.

Primero que todo llegué y me parqué a esperar mi turno, a los pocos minutos llegó una señora que intentaron pasar antes que yo, tuve que bajarme del carro para recordarles que yo ya llevaba tiempo esperando. Pregunté por el precio, pues yo llevaba mi aceite y mi filtro, pero al momento de pagar me cobraron más dinero del que me había dicho.

Pésimo servicio. Fui por un cambio de aceite y no me pusieron el sticker con proxima fecha de cambio. Luego fui para q me lo pusieran. Cuándo fuí me trataron mal. Luego llamó. Cuando llamé no aceptaron escuchar mi complain. Me colgaron el teléfono. Vayan a otro.

Today I went to have oil changed on a brand new vehicle that had the service light on, 5400 miles, and it has had an oil change done already. I asked to rotate tires they said I would have to get off the vehicle, i said not this time.. They charged me $120 for 4 qt of synthetic oil!!!!….. they wanted to change my break pads, because according to him they showed they where heavily worn out!!! and the guy who asks what service you want also came around telling me that the indicator they have for batteries, was saying the car battery was not working correctly. I refused all the services, and took the vehicle to a trusted mechanic which said the breaks where fine, they where practically new ( I was worried the breaks could be in bad shape) I don’t think I needed an oil change, and they didn’t even put the sticker on the car….. He told me Jiffy charged me on the high side for the oil; and they make money on all the other things, example: like the breaks & battery change. ( maybe they got some sort of quota to meet)…. I also messed up I should have had one those coupons they usually offer a lower fixed price . I have 3 vehicles, I will never come back to this place!

Went to get an oil change. They kept trying to up sell me on everything. After the fifth “no” they guy gave me an attitude. After the oil change my car wouldn’t start. They checked the battery and basically said they don’t know why it won’t start but for $250 they can run a diagnostic test. Horrible customer service. The manger Christopher Oliva is beyond unprofessional. He should not work in customer service. They refused to fix the problem. Got it towed to my mechanic. Jiffy Lupe restarted my whole system.

They do a good job for changing oil. But if you ask them for other services, they are way too expensive. For example- change brake pads they wanted $250 per wheel- You could go somewhere else and get the whole thing done for $300 parts, and labor. Auto Zone charges $100 for parts- so this place is asking for $900 in labor for a job that only takes an hour. I think this is what we call price gouging!

This was my first time here. I have never been so pressured as to change things to my car or do tons of services needed. They were telling me that my car was spitting white smoke, that I had no brake fluid, that so many things were needed to be added, etc etc, when everything they were recommending had been previously serviced at my place of choice and my car is only 3 years old. They couldn’t take NO for an answer, they even asked me how much money I had on me so they can work something within my budget. The person who seemed to be in charge had the audacity to refer to my wife making sarcastic comments when she wasn’t even there. As an aswer to my constant denial to their services offered, they damaged my hood and I can’t even open it to check if they tightened the oil cap and everything else back in place. Now I have to go to the dealership and pay to have my hood repaired. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere where Customer Service is appreciated.

Montón de ratas que te mienten con las recomendaciones para cobrarte más , te mienten con los descuentos y te dicen un precio y después que todo el servicio está hecho de esperar 40 minutos ahí te cobran otro valor. AH pero no se te ocurra reclamar porque te botan del parqueadero. Basura de lugar.

Nunca vayas a este lugar. El peor lugar al que podrías llevar tu vehículo. Un domingo tuvimos que llevar nuestro automóvil porque no encontramos otro lugar abierto y el motor del carro terminó fundiéndose porque le colocaron un filtro equivocado. Hasta el día de hoy no han pagado la factura de la grúa que se tuvo que usar para poder llevar el vehículo al concesionario y la semana de renta de otro vehículo. Han pasado 4 meses y aún no pagan la factura y hoy que fuimos a cobrarle personalmente en la tienda, Chris ( el manager de la tienda) no solo nos dio un pésimo trato y nos dejó hablando solos y trato de persuadirnos para que fuéramos a otra tienda, fue capaz de llamar a la policía mintiendo y diciendo que estábamos molestándolos en su propiedad. Asegúrate de NUNCA IR A ESTE LUGAR. Afortunadamente la policía entendió que habíamos ido a ese lugar porque la propia Corporación nos envió e indicó que fuéramos a esta tienda a gestionar el cobro de la factura y amablemente nos dijeron que lleváramos el caso a instancias legales porque ellos no nos iban a pagar.
