Son los peores! Me cambiaron el aceite y dejaron la tapa mal cerrada se me salió todo el aceite y se me quemó el motor NUNCA ME RESPONDIERON! Los odio también me cobraron el filtro y no lo cambiaron! Son ladrones

I’m really disappointed with the service here. I came in for a simple oil change and ended up waiting over two hours, only to find out they hadn’t even started working on my car. No updates, no communication, and definitely no sense of urgency from the staff. If you’re looking for quick, efficient service, I’d suggest going somewhere else.

Wow they make it so easy! Mr Clifton made sure to give my car the best service and I'll be coming back soon. Prices are super fair and it was so fast. They are friendly and we had a great conversation about the neighborhood. Love supporting this local business. The free air conditioning while I waited is much appreciated on such a hot day.

I went to get an oil change on a brand new car, they told me I needed to change the oil for the transmission, engine filter and a whole bunch of other stuff when I really didn’t need it. Also, 140$ for an oil change which is insane. Would not recommend this place. Really bad costumer service too, no one wanted to talk when I had questions for them.

The employees at the 8295 Biscayne Blvd location were extremely unprofessional. One of them was calling me inappropriate names instead of addressing me by my actual name. I chose to stay in my car because I only wanted an oil change. I had to remind one of the advisors that I was there for an oil change, as I had called just a few minutes prior to arriving. As I waited, the employees started talking about things unrelated to my service, and I was the only car there. After 30 minutes of waiting in the hot car, the employee forgot to finish the oil change because other cars started arriving. I watched as a Mercedes-Benz pulled up, and the employee rushed to service that driver, pushing me out of the bay. To make matters worse, they told me to reset the oil indicator on my own. The lack of professionalism and the way they handled my service was extremely disappointing.

The entire Jiffy Lube team are always courteous, attentive, friendly, and professional. The shop cared for my safety by having me stay in my car while changing the oil. All employees were wearing masks. Myself included. I’ve been going to my neighborhood Jiffy Lube for years and will keep going back for my car maintenance. Thanks to Elizabeth, Leonardo, and the entire Jiffy Lube team!

Disappointing. Don’t use a Groupon here you’ll still end up paying over $100 for an oil change. And don’t even bring up the Groupon because the person ringing you up will say it’s Groupons fault for not letting customers know. They tried to up charge me for so many little services that the cost would have been over $200. I paid without any issue but will never be back here and will never recommend this place.

I did service here on July 20th , 2024 and after the service my car was leaking oil and I had to go somewhere else pay to get it fixed and get a new oil change. If it was something that my car already had they did not told and if not they did the damage when I went there

I strongly advise no one to go here.the people here do not know what they are doing. I came to flush the power steering fluid. I drove home and checked the resvoir levels the next morning when the fluid was cold. The fluid levels were far above the maximum level for power steering fluid .This could cause catastrophic damage to the power steering system. If you choose jiffy lube, do so at your own risk.
