BEWARE - SCAMMERS! My daughter’s check engine light came on and she brought it here as she thought the car may be low on oil. They charged her $150 to connect a code reader, a service that is free at advanced auto parts, auto zone and Napa. They told her they couldn’t fix it there but that the car had a major issue and it would be unsafe to drive it. They then gave her the name and address of a mechanic shop nearby. When my daughter called me, I told her to bring the car home. I took car to Advanced Auto Parts to run the code reader. The code was for a loose gas cap that was put on incorrectly after a fill up. This store flat out took advantage of a teenage girl and tried to capitalize on this scam by sending her to a mechanic who I assume was in on the game. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Quick and friendly service. I had the oil changed, and the diff fluid on both the front and back diffs replaced, plus an air filter replacement. It was all done within 30 minutes. The price of the work performed was more than fair. I will be back for my next scheduled service. Thank you Jiffy Lube!!

Took my mustang to get serviced there a few weeks ago and never going back after they broke my oil cap and I had to do whole new oil change and cap replacement with my mechanic.

Fastest and most convenient oil change ever! Sat in my car, scrolled on my phone, while they did the oil change in less than 15 minutes. They even topped up my fluids and pumped air into my tires. 😊

amazing service and really great people , they were all friendly and super nice to me , they explained everything that was wrong with my car super calmly and very well. changed 2 filters that were super dirty and also did my ac since it wasn’t blowing cold anymore

fast service and very reliable people , my brakes were super bad they explained everything to me and they changed them and showed me what they looked like compared to the new ones , also changed my wiper blades and my air filter and everything was done fast and for a good price thank you jiffy lube and the staff that helped me , specially mateo thank you , and thank you for the free car wash❤️

Really fast service, they guy who helped me through the whole process was really nice and super presentable, he also talked to me about everything that was bad with my car, they changed my brakes and also did a tune up and the difference after was really surprising, my car felt brand new no more shaking and the brakes felt amazing I really recommend this place to everyone, thank you jiffy lube

I visited this establishment to have my spark plugs changed due to a misfiring issue with my car. Unfortunately, the technician neglected to test the coils and check for codes on the ECU. Despite replacing the spark plugs, the misfiring persisted. The entire process took nearly an hour and a half. When I inquired about the diagnostic code, I was informed that the ECU had not been scanned initially. Subsequently, it was discovered that a coil needed replacement, requiring the work to be redone. I raised the issue with the supervisor, who agreed not to charge additional labor fees since the mistake originated from their technician. Although I appreciated the good customer service, the ordeal extended my stay at the establishment to nearly four hours. Had the technician performed the necessary diagnostics correctly, I would have been on my way two hours earlier. Consequently, instead of a five-star rating, I'm inclined to give four stars.

The salesperson was very educated and really patient with me. I’m an older person and he was very helpful they should hire more young guys like Mateo best worker from this jiffy lube location so far. I left really happy and had a great day thanks to his smile and the way he treated me. And he recommended me a few things that were wrong with my car, and I wanted to take care of everything but unfortunately, I didn’t have the full money, so he helped me choose which services were the most important ones not caring about the prices. Really happy with this employee

The workers were super fast and extremely nice , changed my oil rotated my tires and changed my transmission fluid too in less than 20 minutes super fast!!! and i saw them do everything since it was my first time doing an oil change and they made my experience super fun, i will definitely come back here for my next oil change, thanks to mateos crew and himself for recommending me what i had to do and for the discount he gave me , thank you jiffy lube❤️

I was told I needed a brake fluid exchange, which I strongly doubted, given that the car had only 4500 miles on it. I took it to a different company, where they explained why I didn't need that work, in fact likely wouldn't until 40K miles. The takeaway is that I feel this particular Jiffy Lube--possibly under new management--was purposefully deceiving me, and I won't be returning. I had always trusted this outlet in the past.
