I was charged a total of $130 for an oil change, even with a Groupon coupon included. This was for 8 quarts of full synthetic oil, which costs no more than $50, yet I was charged $80 just for labor. The customer service was disgraceful, especially from Freddy, the supervisor. A truly disappointing experience

Great experience and service. Didn't have to wait extensively like other places. Sergio was very helpful and quite professional with his service. Prices are good for the service provided. Will continue to do my regular car services there.

I went there for a simple oil change before my trip to Tampa later that day. They tried to tell me my breaks were damaged despite not getting a warning from my car, no weird noises while driving, and my car is brand new. I decided to get a second opinion at my dealership where they informed me nothing was wrong with my breaks. They delayed my trip about 3 hours and put me in rush hour traffic. Do not come here unless you would like to be scammed.

Just went to this jiffy lube to get an oil change. They said they checked my breaks and that I had no breaks at all. They said just metal. My car sensor never warned me about it, I never heard weird noises, and I had just bought this car. I was extremely worried because I am going on a trip to Orlando today. I told them I didn’t have the money to change the breaks and that I would check with the dealership where I got the car. Their faces dropped. That made me suspicious. I went to the dealer right there and then. They checked my breaks and said my breaks were perfectly fine. Now I am not even sure if they did the services they said they did. I am extremely disappointed and I am also behind schedule on my trip today. Don’t come here.
