They found multiple oil leaks and didn't say anything 🤦🏾‍♂️. Lost my business permanently. Checked my oil level the other day and noticed my oil level was incredibly low, which was weird because I had just got an oil change a little over a month ago. Went back to jiffy lube and they told me the LAST 2 TIMES I was there I came in with low oil levels and I was leaking oil EVERYWHERE but neglected to tell me. So I've been wasting money on full synthetic oil changes just for it to leak out immediately. Don't trust these people with your cars

I don’t know where the survey is located but if I could find it I would give the entire staff that closed on Sunday 8/18/2024 a 10/10 survey. Very friendly, fast and efficient and very very kind even though it was close to closing time for the day. Would recommend this location to all my friends and family thank you to everyone who helped me with an oil change and the pricing and process. They all deserve a pay raise!!!

five star experience. staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. i didnt feel like i was being taken or overcharged for service. i would definitely recommend family and friends to get service at jiffy lube

Horrible service the manager as well as the service tech lied. They never checked my air filter, Tire pressure washer fluid, light bulbs, radiator overflow. Not only did they lied the manager claim that I did not arrive before 6:57pm when in fact I arrived at 6:46pm. Then a second car pulled in and she was finished prior to me being completed. I am going to attach my google timeline that clearly shows my arrive time and my receipt that show that they completed all services that were supposed to have been completed. As you can see the passenger side headlight is out and the driver side rear light and brake is out Plus the only fuild that was completed is the oil and even that was over filled some where around 1/2 quart. Who even knows if they us the correct type of oil and if they even changed the oil filter. I'm going back there tomorrow to have them drank the extra oil and verify if they even used the correct oil and oil filter. The manger can't be trusted with your car. He also said that he did me a favor for allowing him to service my car that late. Buyer beware go elsewhere.
