I needed a brake repair in bad weather and came at 6 pm to Sergio and his crew. They went out of their way to take care of all my problems and even fixed a couple that I didn’t know about. Hard to find good trust worthy mechanics. Thanks Sergio. Good man.

Always overpriced, and they're always adding unnecessary issues. It has happened to me multiple times and to others I know as well. They're constantly trying to charge you to change your filters. A friend joked that they go out back and rub them in the dirt and leaves and bring them back to you to press for the upcharge. I only go here when I'm absolutely desperate because it's so close to my house (and only then when I feel my car is driving weird - my little girl is precious cargo!). There is a woman who works at the counter who has the absolute worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. Some of the guys are nice enough but they will definitely push you. Just go for what you went in for and decline the rest, if you gotta make a pit stop here.

Been here many times but was disappointed on my most recent trip. I went in with a tire showing below-normal pressure. I knew it would be checked during the service, so I didn't worry about it. Upon leaving I checked the bill, and it's marked there that tire pressure was good, when in fact as I drove away, I noticed it had not changed at all. If they are willing to lie about this, it makes me question the entire service. What else was skipped to save time or money? It's not a cheap service anymore either.

I brought in my vehicle for an oil change. They are professional and kind. Karina works inside. She has great work ethics and attentive customer service. She is knowledgeable and able to explain things in a way you can understand. She will be honest with you about the state of your vehicle, if more work is needed at this moment or if it’s safe for you to go another two months. She understands your budget and is considerate of your vehicle’s needs. At the same time, if your car needs a specific part changed she will give recommendations that will keep you safe, within a safe time line. Your safety is their top priority and I appreciate that about Karina. I loved the professionalism, attention, respect and care from the staff at this Jiffy Lube location. The mechanics here work really hard and bring you in on the observation of your car’s stance. I was inside and Giovi brought my AC filter in so I could see it needed to be replaced. I brought my car in for an oil change and it needed more than that because it was at the 50k mark (they showed me and because of this I knew it had to be done). Even though it wasn’t in my plan for that day, I’m glad that Giovi, Henry and Manuel took the time to bring my car up to date on the services it needed to, firstly, keep me SAFE and, secondly, prolong the health of my vehicle. THANK YOU STAFF AT JIFFY LUBE on Coral Way and 77th. I appreciate your professionalism, thespian and care.

All the staff are great! They make you feel welcome and appreciated every time! And, this last time, I got held up at work and I didn't think I would make it in time. I got there 20 minutes before they were to close. The staff graciously took care of my car and took the time to explain everything to me. These guys are the best! Thank you!

I asked for an oil change and it was completed. The issue was that it took just as long for the mechanic to figure out how to turn off the need oil light. He had to look it up on his phone and then let me know it was complete. Later on that day when I started the car, the same light came on. I figure out how to do it myself. Although it is a minor issue, it does bring into question their ability. If you're in a hurry and need an oil change then it's fine. If you're looking for anything else, I would suggest going somewhere else.

I went to get my car's oil changed on 3/4/2024. I got the oil filter and air filter changed as well. Afterwards, I noticed some strange sounds coming from my car, but I assumed it was the air filter. After hearing the noises repeatedly, I took my car to a goodyear on 3/8. The goodyear checked the dipstick, and it didn't register oil AT ALL. They completely forgot to replace the oil! When I took the car back to jiffy lube, they ran a "heat test," which came back "OK." I asked for the result of the heat test on paper twice and I never got a copy. I got a copy of my work order, which said they added FOUR quarts of oil on 3/8/24. The manager tried to convince me that engine leaks caused the oil to spill out, but it's clearly impossible for all that oil to spill out in only a few days. The 3/8/24 work order/receipt comments stated that my oil filter was "defective" and "unusual noises" were coming from my engine during my previous two visits to jiffy lube. The work order comments were obviously FALSIFIED because I got my oil filter changed by jiffy lube on 3/4 and there was no mention of "strange engine noises" on the work order/receipt from 3/4. I tried to speak to the manager to get the work order corrected, but he coincidentally "went to lunch" as soon as I paid for visit #2. I reached out to the franchise and still haven't heard anything!!

The Jiffy Lube attendant was excellent. He was helpful, informative and found the solution to my problem. That same problem I took to the Fiat dealer and they could not help me. I appreciate the service that I received at this Jiffy Lube and the associate that assisted me.

I was impressed on how efficient and fast my car was checked and oil change done. My air and motor filters were checked they needed replacement. Overall very happy with the professionalism given. Thank you

Service was awful, the guy who was in charge was rude and once I paid 127.00 usd for oil change, he didn't change the new mileage when I suppose to change the oil once again. So I don't recommend it.

Joel Gomez and Chris at the store on 7798 Coral Way have helped me several times. In fact they’re the reason I keep coming back. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained the process of the service being done, what caused it and gave me recommendations on preventive maintenance I can do myself… they didn’t try to upcharge or try to sell me on things I didn’t need or could wait on… honest hard working men. Great service over all, Good JOb👍👍

Ese lugar es una estafa , la primera vez que fui pedi por un cambio de aceite a lo que un mecanico del lugar me dice que son 90 dolares lo que me parecio bien asi que acepte , mientras estaba esperando por el cambio de aceite la manager del lugar estuvo todo el tiempo tratando de venderme cosas y lo cual yo dije no , al final del servicio cuando me traen la cuenta resulta que tenia que pagar 260 dolares por el supuesto chequeo que hicieron a lo cual conteste que ya me habian dado un precio anterior , la manager se porto super grosera conmigp en ese momeneto diciendo que ese es el preecio que manejan por un cambio de acete . Al final mee dice dejame ver que puedp hacer , luego regreso y me dijo que podia pagar solo 120 dolares los cuales pague para salir de ese lugar yno volver nunca mas , no lo recomiendo . Los van a estafar

I was so very impressed with my visit. The technician explained the service and got to work on my car right away. The oil change and included service of fluid checks took only 20 minutes. I purchased wiper blades and they were installed as well! Very happy with the service!!

I absolutely hate going to the mechanic for oil changes, but John made the experience 100 times better. He was extremely sweet and made me feel comfortable in getting an oil change. John didn’t make me feel like I was getting ripped off or getting something to my car that I didn’t need.

This place is the worst place you can go. The people that work there are very nasty and un respectful. Diciendo groserías y falta de respeto. Unprofessional and very rude. Un trabajo mediocre y malo. I’m going to take my time to get to the top of this people.
