Extremely slow. And tried to tell me the cabin air filter i replaced myself last week needed to be replaced again. Nickle and dime you to death!! Use them every time and this time was unacceptable!!

Went in for an oil change and it all went well! Got what I needed done as well as being informed on things my car could use replacing as well as what should be done soon. There wasn't any pressure, just helpful information and things replaced if I wanted too. They got a bit busy but still moved along at a good pace!

Beware of the inattention to detail at this place. I went in December and got a falsified tire pressure report and was frustrated by a few other issues (inability of techs to use online service system, lack of soda). The manager was apologetic so I went back in August. A week after my oil change, my splash guard dropped loose on the road going 70 mph on US 550 because the techs hadn’t put the screws back or tightened them adequately. I had to crawl under the car on the side of a road with no shoulder and cars whizzing by to wire the splash guard temporarily back into place. The manager was again apologetic and the staff DID fix the mistake (only requiring another 50 minute wait (!) for me), but I just can’t recommend this place after my last two experiences. I can also say that in 2 of my last 3 visits there was no popcorn, and in 1 of 3 most of the soda was out. So again, the ultimate issue here is a lack of attention to detail. You can do better with your money, probably even within the Jiffy Lube network.

Always a great experience to bring my vehicles for service. I had an oil change and tire rotation, all done within 20 minutes. They also found my coolant was low and I needed my engine filter replaced (because it was black with soot). Thanks guys!!!!

They started to sell me stuff that I didn't want all I asked was for oil change and check the air pressure in my tires they came in told me my air filter cabin filter was dirty did not tell them to check that also told him in the beginning that I had a breathalyzer in my vehicle as they were finishing up I saw them pull a red vehicle in front of my vehicle and tried to jump start it knowing that I had a breathalyzer in my vehicle had to go out there and stop them from putting the cables on my vehicle telling them again that I had a breathalyzer in my vehicle shortly after that was having truck problems with my vehicle sputtering using a lot of gas therefore I took it into my dealership they found out that one of my spark plugs was pulled off I can't blame Jeffy Lube but I can most definitely think that they did very very bad experience no structure in that office no kind of leadership in that office everybody look like chickens with their heads cut off not knowing what they are doing very very very disappointed
