Poor experience My engine light was on tire light was on had lights that would have been replaced .attendant gave me No talk about replacement. WoW where did the service go.

The services that are to to done such as wash windshield, vacuum and fill washer fluid was not completed even though they said it was done and checked off at the time of payment. They left the Cabin compartment air filter on the seat of my car and I had to ask them to please put it back. I will not be back to this location. 😒

The reason I’m leaving a comment is because the guys working at this JL store today were so nice. I don’t like going to get my car serviced but today’s experience was great. I appreciate todays crew - efficient & friendly - give them a raise!

Had a coolant flush done at a different JL. The original team didn't put enough coolant in, so my engine temperatures were spiking way too high. I took my vehicle to this JL on a break at work and they topped off the coolant in about ten minutes. Great job!

I drove in after driving 100 miles and for my job almost daily, and just wanted my truck checked up on. She gets a lot of mileage and over 15years old but this place is always great at getting a check up quick w/o appt. and reassurance if u use your own vehicle esp. They did it all and more for like $6 come on! Awesome!😎

The customer service was great, but then at the end after I paid for everything they said I didn't even need any more oil. So it was a total waste of time and money. Won't be returning.

I went for emissions testing and the guy that helped me was very friendly and the service was quick! Will go again for oil service.
