You can tell alot about a place and the people that run it just by the way it looks. This is the Cleanest, and most Organized Jiffylube I have ever been to. Customer service was up and beyond what you would generally expect from a shop. Helpful, Efficient, Atentive and Informational. Every Service Tech I spoke with was professional , great customer service. Shout Out to A Tech in particular (I hope this was his name) Miguel. Thanks and keep up the great work, appreciate you. Oh and there's something to say about the leadership as well. Ben Martin the Manager at this location must and is doing something right to have Team of Techs like the ones he has put together. Great, efficient, speedy service.!! They explained everything very clearly to me but were not pushy in any way. I have used this location several times and I'm so happy with their care of my vehicle. I will definitely continue to go back to these guys!

All I needed was air in my tire. It’s 17 degrees outside. I waited 10 minutes for a man to come out and tell me to use the self pump. lol thanks for your help! What happened to kindness and helping someone out.

The team at Jiffy Lube were professional, and respectful. I have zero complaints other than the rude customer that pulled up behind a line of cars and demanded that they drop everything and tend to her low tire. The manager tried to explain (nicer than I would have) that they were understaffed and would get to her as soon as they could but that they have a free self service air hose around front and g she didn’t want to wait. She proceeded to make a scene, drive around front and attempt to put air in her tire before speeding off. But that’s Albuquerque I guess.

A+ service. They have always been clear and straight with me, letting me know when they see signs of a service that might be needed soon but not now, and letting me know service that other mechanics have recommended is actually unneeded and why. Friendly to talk to, plus there are always coupons to be found for Jiffy Lube in general.
