Less than expectations: had oil change stated oil maintenance had been reset it wasn’t. Also stated window shield was cleaned the water they used left it dirty than when I came in😠

My favorite jiffy line to visit! I live close to 98th and unser in Albuquerque but I prefer to make the drive to this location because I’m always treated very well as if I’m family. I’ve gotten help several times from Anthony, and he’s so patient and kind. Very great asset to jiffy lube! he deserves a raise! :) Jessica from Albuquerque

So I'm currently waiting for my vehicle to be done with oil change, I have been here for almost 2 hours. Come to find out they drained my transmission fluid and not the oil so I go out to check they were not going to be honest and tell me this until I keep asking what's going on with it! Now they are draining oil from vacuum and say it's going to take another 45 minutes or so. Ridiculous, please train your guys to know the difference between transmission fluid and oil!!! Lost all confidence in jiffy lube

This is my go to Jiffy Lube. In fact, my dad was going to take my car for me and asked if he could go to a different one and I said, “no, go to this one because they always do a great job and they’ve never broken anything on my car. It was to my surprise and disappointment when my dad came back from taking my van and showed me a part that they had broken off of my skid plate. They essentially told him it’s not protocol for them to replace it because it’s such a cheap part. Upon doing some looking on the internet, if I wanted the one part replaced I’d have to buy an entirely new skid plate which I’m seeing around $140. That’s not cheap in these economic times. I’m very frustrated that they didn’t offer any money off the service they did and just kind of insinuated that it’s not that important and could be left off.
