I'm truly impressed with this Jiffy Lube. I've had my brakes done here, and I always get my oil changed here. They don't try to upsell you on anything. In fact, my last visit for an oil change was in and out, with no suggestions of anything extra. Plus, the place is clean and comfortable.

I have a brand new 2024 F350 Super Duty I took in for an oil change after 10K miles. I checked the oil before taking it in and the level was fine except it was time for a change. After this mornings oil change the tip of the oil dip stick was broken off and the cabin air filter cover was just thrown in the compartment and not even re-attached. The rogue group of inexperienced technicians needs a serious review. I'm pissed. Is that broken piece inside my oil pan?

This is the worst experience we have had with Jiffy Lube. They changed the oil in the vehicle, told me it was ready to go, got in the vehicle and the tires were banging against the wheel wells. Tech forgot to tighten the lug nuts. When he was told his response was "my bad"!!!!! REALLY.

Tried to sell me all kinds of service, including toppings up fluids that are included at other places during an oil change. Charged $50 for a $10 inside cabin filter. Will never go to a Jiffy lube again. Ever!

After they gave me a oil change and put a new filter in my car ran like crap. I took it back three times. I don’t know they must’ve made a hole in my coolant thing just because they didn’t know what was wrong, but yeah, they messed up my car really bad, I would not recommend them at all

Location used did not place drain plug or oil filter properly causing oil to spill onto my driveway which the vehicle never has had a oil leak will be returning to have the issue resolved.

When I left the pool filter wasn’t put on properly, had an oil leak . Went back and the guys were curious and made it right .
