They were very helpful when I said I just needed a topping off of fluids and air check. They found a leak in my radiator and said it would cost around 1000.00. I said I ‘d wait and then they lowered the price to 650.00 if I didn’t put new hoses etc… I said I had to think about it and left. They did clean my battery cables when I asked if they would, and that was it

BEWARE of Jiffy Lube #3250 at 120 Coors Blvd NW Albuquerque. Oil was overfilled. Other fluids not topped off. Charged $ 35 to clean the k&n filter. Vehicle was not lubed. This was only discovered after I asked my husband to check if the filter was properly cleaned. There was that feeling of something’s not right after my interaction with Eli G. His demeanor changed once he realized I wasn’t going to buy all the extras he was trying to sell me. I reached out to jiffy lube via text the same day. They promised to make it right and come to my home to correct the issues. They have not fulfilled that promise. My husband has since drained the excess oil. Update: received the canned response below. Why do I have to contact the owner? Aren’t you the owner? Shouldn’t you contact me as promised in text messages to make it right? Good thing I have a partner that is knowledgeable enough to know you can ruin a vehicle driving it overfilled and that I have another vehicle I can drive. What about customers that don’t know that or have a second vehicle?

This is a pretty great place it was pretty much in and out. I found out they have a Master Mechanic on site. So they do more than oil changes. Call the store for more information.

Fantastic service! Eli and his teammates did a great job. As soon as I drove into the lot I was welcomed and taken care of. Service time was not excessively long. The interior of my vehicle was kept clean and vacuumed (no grease stains on seats, floors or other services ---this has been an on going issue at other JL locations). Windows were clean and residue free.

Service was great. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. I had an oil change and used a coupon worth $25 which brought my total to about $40. Great price and fast service. Keep up the 👍 good work guys. I appreciated the awesome customer service. Thank you😃👌🍻

Went to Jiffy Lube on Coors and Central today to have the front brakes done on my truck and We received excellent customer service from Eli at the front desk and the store manager Joseph Garcia who has that store clean, well organized and with great professionalism. They also offer complimentary drinks and popcorn which was a very nice touch! Thank you for the excellent customer service we received today!
